“Waste of time. Product never booted up. Should have been tested before it was dispatched. Was made to feel like it was my fault when I asked for my money back. Wouldn't deal with them again.”

“Aweful customer service for a product we had to return twice and then had major problems asking for a refund. Unhelpful returns staff who told us one thing but did another then refused to pass us to senior staff. Would nev er use you again and will be telling everyone we know the same.”

“Terrible quality bought 3 as xmas presents. One was cracked when opened other two didnt even work! Very dissapointed kids xmas day no replacement avaliable after waiting two weeks for box to check problems with two and no replacement offered for cracked screen. Very bad customer service, passed around different departments. Would nit recommend to others at all!”

“Box wasn't factory sealed, one of the heat pipes had a large deep scratch on it, fitted it to my pc though and all was working fine. I wanted no hassle of sending the card back again, ended up selling it though and lost alot of money because in the end I wasn't happy.”

“I'm very dissatisfied by BOX.UK, I bought a videoprojector which was FAULTY. I sen't it back to the company, and they did like they never heard about me, no answer, no reply to my several emails to get my refund. Thanks god , PayPal saved the day by refunding me for the cost of the item : about 900£ which is a big amount of money for me. Definitely won't get back to them do to a great lack of follow-up concerning my case.”
