I am not happy with the service. I had one first initial session with Amanda and nothing since then. They only send me emails to answer questions on my status of how I am feeling. It is not personal or engaging at all.

No, the medication prescribed cost $600 and wasn’t covered by insurance.

I have been trying to schedule a session for several weeks and nobody will help me. If you need flexibility don’t sign up!

It’s not worth the money. Just see a doctor for medication.

Very disappointed I chose your company because you accepted my insurance. In addition I requested itemized bills which you said were sent but I never received. .

I can’t reschedule my appointment on the app. In urgent need of med refill. Insurance will only cover 90 day quantity.

I would rate Brightside 5/5 stars. Being able to schedule an appointment and be seen within 48 hours was awesome. I was able to get treated quickly prior to a flight that was causing me some anxiety and to begin long term treatment. My provider was so professional and took time to listen to my concerns, my issues, and determine what would work best for me. I did not feel rushed during my appointment and felt like my provider truly listened to me. I really like the assessments that are provided weekly to be able to track progress.

I hate that I’m having trouble with the medication I stop taking it cause I couldn’t stay awake and when I called and told the doctor she said it’s normal . Well that is not how I want to live my life on a medication that I can not do everyday things. I couldn’t stay awake no matter how hard I tried I could not function

This is a poor experience all around. Zero guidance. I can't get in touch with someone for simple prescription needs. The website is not intuitive and it does not provide me with the straight forward process I need, which again is simple, just medication without lapse. I'm also getting a variety of bills at different rates and there is not breakdown of what any of it is for.

Brightside has actually worsened my mental health. I take it very personally when my therapist doesn’t show up for our appointments and now she has only showed up 1 time out of three. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Communication n connection is a huge issue, I’m down to 3 pills and haven’t received a way to reschedule my missed appointment that was missed due to connectivity issues, u mean the assigned dr. can’t take 5 seconds to call n see if there is a problem? $94 a month for this is awful

Easy access to care is great, demanding weekly check ins with providers isn’t.

You are not using my insurance to pay for my treatment. Please contact me to let me know why? If my insurance is not working for you I will have to stop using you.

Honestly no. My provider is late to the appointments, doesn’t message back, customer support replies are somewhat slow.

I think the psychiatrists working with Brightside might have too much going on because there is little to no follow-through and communication after the first meeting. I realized I was running low on my medication and reached out to my provider because I didn't see any refills with my pharmacy. I am new to taking medication so I don't know how it normally works but I assumed that my care provider would reach out to see how I was doing on it, if I wanted to continue care, and how I was doing with the side effects I expressed concern about, etc.; but it was left up to me to reach out when I was running low and request more. In order to request more I had to fill out a survey that said I felt my care was "off-track" even though I didn't feel my care was off-track, I just needed a refill.
