Simple. Instead, I got a fat $1200 bill for one month. Now I am quitting the "Crisis Program" - I have a new "crisis" and that is THIS BILL, not suicide.”

“Therapists doesnt show for meetings scheduled weeks in advance, or cancel same day and not allow rescheduling for several days.
Brightside doesnt release lesson plans, and any tickets logged go unresolved for several weeks, despite weekly follow up.”
“I am very dissatisfied with Brightside. My first provider left the company a couple days after our meeting, and my current provider will not respond to any messages.”

“I want to be clear that any negative feedback should not reflect on the two providers that I have been connected with during the time I used Brightside. However, there is nothing but negative feedback about the platform itself and it's dangerous. I am lucky to have other supports in my life, but all the extra time and frustration that your platform has introduced is enough to push me closer to the edge and might be pushing others over. You should be ashamed of you treat people, especially knowing that anyone coming to try to use your service is already in some level of need or even crisis.”
