“I’m having a hard time getting in touch with anybody I had a phone call now but I’m having issues that I need my medication and this is more complicated than seeing a doctor in person”
“High monthly fee, out of pocket (do not take insurance), for literally nothing. Visit with the doctor for prescription for 10 minutes, sure, that's billable. But why am I paying $100/month for literally nothing when I pay for my prescription outside of that and no doctor visits or anything with Brightside??”
“The practitioners don't show up, they switch your provider any time they want with no warning and the appointments are too short to have actual treatment plans worked up. Just a prescription service but not even that because the practitioners don't show up to meetings.”
“I responded to the emails saying I needed to check in. I want to change the prescription because I don’t like the current one but instead of scheduling me to talk to someone or make any changes, I am getting the same prescription again. Did anyone even read my feedback?”
“The communication is abysmal. I'm on my second doctor already and thinking about switching to a third.
If I weren't on a waitlist to find a doctor in my area I would have already left”
“Very unsatisfied, im now 2 payments in and have only met with counselors once not to mention I was canceled on in the first week making it 2 1/2 weeks out to fit in my schedule. Was expecting our meetings to be recurring but they aren’t and instead it opened for me to schedule an appointment not actually have a meeting for today. Im now 500$ in and only have received medication not much over help. I was hoping to get more out of this but sadly now looking to be reimbursed”
“They are horrible charging me a lot of money for no help at all I started getting my prescription through them and after a month of everything being fine the second month they charged me then kicked me off sayin my doctor said it wasn't a"good fit" all I needed was a simple way to get my prescription instead of having to go into a doctors office to get them. Then they let me sign back up and charged me again then canceled my appointment 3 hrs before it and I have to email them for a refund. Which i don't even understand how I'm not a good fit ? I have anxiety and just needed medication for that but apparently I'm not a good fit makes no sense I recommended people to try it too and they also said they weren't a good fit but yet they're supposed to be here to help with remote care ? Don't use this service”
“My doctor has been wonderful but I haven’t had my medication now for a week because of a shipping issue. I messaged support and still haven’t received any response. I’ve now taken a major setback in my recovery without having consistent medication.”
