“Sorry. I know you’re working diligently to resolve this issue, but I feel it’s taking too long. I’ve submitted all the requested information several times, had an email that said all was resolved and then I am Still Not able to schedule any sessions with both therapist and my medical provider. I feel my anxiety and depression are getting worse and am concerned about receiving care I truly love my sessions with my Brightside providers and fo not wish to change. Isn’t there a phone number that I could call and reach out to a representative who can assist me. Thank you for understanding

At first I felt good about using Brightside. Then as Some of my medication that I have been taking for years they won't prescribe.

“I only used Brightside because of my busy schedule and now I wish I had made the time and had gone through my provider. Not worth the amount charged for the appointment. I felt like my appointment was rushed and was not asked additional questions outside of the survey results that were submitted prior. The check ins are good but they were straight from the app and not the Provider.”
“Not working for me. The blanket one size fits all approach to anxiety and depression is not relatable to me. Doing an exercise, reviewing the exercise and then explaining the next exercise is not the therapy I need.”
“Unable to schedule appointments for future dates. My therapist only spends about three minutes with me during our appointment. I don’t even know if she has the list of medications that I take. She told me to put them in her file and I told her I didn’t know how to do that. She didn’t respond. I may need to be matched with a different therapist. Is that possible?”
