I really enjoyed my therapist, but I haven’t been able to book with her since I’ve met with her the first time because your app is broken, and it keeps taking me to a white screen- I reached out to you guys and he charged me anyway I haven’t had any appointment appointments

I just haven't found the medication to be helpful, as much as I had hoped. I am finding my more recent therapist to be more supportive however.

I'm taking medication as prescribed. My depression is affecting my job performance and anxiety. Is also provided a horrible workplace environment.

I’m having a difficult time finding a therapist I connect with, and wish there was a way to select one vs being assigned one. Otherwise the technology of Brightside works great

I do not feel like I had the right care and adequate help from both the physician and the therapist I found on here. Waste of time and money. The physician listened to me, but didnt try annd dig deeper when I expressed that my adhd is a big factor in how I am feeling as my perimenopause is present now. I refuse take what she prescribed me with Zoloft. I told her that I felt I needed adhd medicine to help me. She chose to not go down this path at all, even when I told her I had been evaluated before by a psychiatrist that showed ADHD. The therapist, Sloan (Tiffany) Carlson, was at home with barking dogs and a plumber in her home that took away from her full attention to our conversation. She was distracted and didn’t provide a calm and quiet space for speaking with me. I would like a refund for the therapist sessions.

It’s way too expensive with health insurance. The VA late fees are not reasonable. I haven’t been happy with the amount of withdrawals from my account. I appreciate the help before but I do not like this company and it doesn’t fit my veteran needs besides the medication that was provided to me.

It was good but then my appointment was just canceled and I received a message that said I wanted a new provider. If my current provider is no longer employed, please let me know. Otherwise I did not make any request. I am in need of a prescription refill, too and the pharmacy has not heard back.

Terrible support! I have been out of my medication for a week because my prescription wasn't sent to the pharmacy in my profile. I then had to evacuate Florida, and when contacting Brightside, I was told to transfer scrip inside the app (no such feature that I see) or call the pharmacy myself. I don't know if you've tried to transfer prescriptions from state to state, but it's not straight forward, and I've had to call multiple pharmacies myself. Still no medication. When I brought this up to support they were sorry to see I wanted to cancel, but did nothing to help me fix the situation. It's either use a feature they don't even have or do it yourself. It could have easily been sorted out if the provider had resent the prescription, but after asking them to do that or support me, I'm one week off of Paroxetine COLD TURKEY. If you know what that's like, then you know this is not a good service. No medication and after using their check-in feature I said the side effects were much worse and I was tearing up or getting emotional over a silly reality show. Still nothing, and still no medication.

I’m a little upset bc I’m not getting any feedback from my ~provider~ and I just got charged $95 again … any way I can get a refund bc I don’t know if I’ll be continuing
