My provider barely texts me back when I need help. My medication is making my depression and anxiety worse

I have emailed at least once asking for assistance on lesson 4. I have not received any answer and have waited over a week. 🤔

I have yet to hear back from Brightside about changing my therapist. Very upset and frustrated.

2/5 Therapists and psychiatrists change too frequently and the help I received regarding change-of-payment was nonexistent

I feel as though my psychiatrist became rather unconcerned about me as a patient after our first session. I can't say I find that satisfying at all.

It's very expensive for the support needed.

It’s not very personal or customizable. Provider is rude.

I'm having a hard time connecting with my psychiatrist to get as needed anxiety medication. I've been waiting for a response for 5 days and she does not respond. I spoke with her about a new medication and she told me to message her back and see if my doctor allows it. I messaged her back not even 2 hour later. She viewed my message but hasn't responded in 5 days.

Why is it so difficult to change therapists?

I’m not able to do anything on the app. It’s always on book your first session page

very impersonal- like getting treated by a robot who doesn’t actually care about you and your issues. probably won’t use and recommend to a friend. will seek out a care that involves a human.

Provider is great. Concept is great as well, and I was able to get meds very quickly. However, website/app and support needs a LOT of work. 1) My provider wants to do a "review" with me, but neither of us know how to schedule it. The only option is to request a *medication* review, which is not correct, nor do I want that on my medical record. There is no way to schedule with her...no calendar page to pick a date/time, no way to look at her calendar to find out when to schedule, etc 2) I emailed support 5 business days ago and still haven't heard anything. 3) There is a "review requested" in my "Home" page, but it's not a link, nor does it provide any sort of scheduling options. 4) I get notifications from you guys to "check-in" at 8am on a Saturday, through email and sms. It's woken me up twice now on a Saturday, and obviously no one is working then, and there is no way to change the notification times.

Honestly, the care I have gotten from my provider has been okay, but all the glitchy insurance issues and emails are super stressful and are making me want to transfer my care.

My first psychiatrist ignored me and did not show up to our follow-up appointments after prescribing me meds. When I was given a new psychiatrist she claimed my former provider put down my age as 16 when I’m 18 and Brightside claimed they could not help or do anything about it. Absolute disappointment and playing with people’s mental health is not okay.
