“About the same as any other mental health app. I really enjoy my provider but the follow up appointments are only 15 minutes and that is not enough time. I feel rushed through appointments and will try to find a different place for my mental health due to how Brightside limits appointment times.”
“Sometimes I have a difficult time sending a message. The “crisis”clip is on the screen and will not allow me to see message I’m typing and then the send arrow is not shown. Other than that all is OK. Thanks Brenda Wagner”
“I’d like an appt soon so I can refill my medication. It’s working well for me but I think the dosage is off. I’m only taking half of the Zolf and am almost out of the Welbutrin”
“While I have not been with Brightside for long, I will say I think the providers are good. But I do think it would be benefit patients that the appointments are longer. They feel very rushed.”
“I don’t enjoy it particularly, the therapist matching does not allow for specialized help. It is not easy to switch either. My psychiatrist is good, but also did not know how to properly dose me. This is not a good service for patients with OCD. It is probably great for people with less severe issues.”
“I feel that Quintisha is not a fit for me. Her monotone voice is not working for me. I do not feel like sharing with her.
I am going to request a different therapist.”
“I have been frustrated with communication issues and appointments being canceled. Messages from caregivers aren't easily read by teen's providers. I do very much like my therapist though.”
“Communication is n consistent with both customer service and alert reminders to schedule follow-ups and next sessions.
Scheduling with individuals is limited so can be challenging.
No reply on several customer service items, even with multiple attempts.”
“I don’t think that the therapy is helping me. The check almost always comes when nothing of note has happened or I am having physical ailments that are effecting my mood.
I also have not received a bill which is making me nervous”
“its helping ish like I was diagnosed for bipolar 2 but I know I also have adhd and the doctor doesn't seem to want to treat me for that so I still trying to work with them and see what happens but many aspects have improved. but I cant focus and stay on track is my biggest concern now”
“Doesn’t give you the ability to really look for providers based off of their style or speciality. Also, don’t give any options for in-person visits for those who struggle with virtual options. I like the flexibility, but I don’t feel this would work for everyone. Especially those new to therapy or someone who isn’t good with technology.”
