Feel like it has been helpful but am starting some new therapy:group locally.

Brightside was a good tool when my regular GP was not able to help with exact treatment in my depression. But Brightside is very conservative when I was suffering and needed immediate relief. The practitioners are mostly concerned about symptoms and feelings around the problems. I did not like that they were not concerned about that part of my life.

I am not too happy that I sent a text to my doctor and she has yet to reply. Also I have one day of medication left and yet to get a response to getting a refill. This is my first time in using this service and I had a simple question that is unanswered.

Unfortunately you guys aren’t accepting my insurance any longer. I found out not because you guys let me know but because my therapist told me. That was really upsetting. My therapist has been amazing and so has my psychiatrist.

Billing is not straight forward. Detailed billing should be in the app. A bit deceiving.

Unfortunately, I have not seen ANY difference in my mood fluctuations and have not been real impressed with my care provider. We have spent approximately 10 minutes conversing over two 30 minute appointments. She seems preoccupied most of the time. I am considering doing something else. Although my dosage was cut in half it still gives me morning fog for about 30 minutes. Am wondering is there something I could take during the day to help with my irritability.

Responses from prescribers take awhile.

I do love the services!! The only thing that I'm having issues with is the limitations on medication I'm able go receive and the ones I'm able to get have some pretty extreme side affects that I don't really like at all.....

The therapy scheduling is not working for me

The providers are excellent. The billing is some of the worst I have come across. I do not receive notifications when they are going to debit my account, it just comes out. I shuffle money through different accounts and it would be nice to just collect the copay at time of services. I just had a debit taken for services on 5/28?!?!?! That was close to 2 months ago. While the service is a great idea, the billing portion is a joke. I am ending my relationship and stopping therapy because of this.

My therapist and provider have been fantastic. The part I do not like is I had to stop communicating with them because of an issue with my insurance. It took a month to get resolved.

My therapist canceled our appointment today. I don't know why. I wasn't able to reschedule until July 10.

They gave my information to another company without consulting me first.

Overall ok. But I’m not able to message my provider directly on the app. Every time I click on the app it only shows the page that appointment scheduling is on. I need to contact my provider for questions, do I just schedule it like an appointment or is there a different process?

I had an initial appt with a therapist and she canceled the day of I found out in the app after I waited in the online waiting room for the connection so I had to reschedule. Do you the rescheduling I had a conflict arise but when I canceled I was charged $60. Disgusting so I changed my plan to eliminate the therapy. Horrible experience for someone already depressed. Shame on you all.

Hello, This is great but the app lapses a lot. I updated it and it treated me as a new patient. I need my medication refilled and not sure how. Also? It won’t me reschedule an appt. Karilyn

Brightside has definitely help with my depression and anxiety. So helpful to connect with a physician and help with medication. Though the app is not easy to use. It glitches every time it asks for an update on my progress and freezes my phone completely that I have to restart it. So annoying!

Great setup and scheduling. The selection of therapists and matching is very good. Need work on customer service, billing, and general communications (such as phone numbers). Communication is needed with other patient providers for the coordination of care.
