“Thus far it's good... I am grateful for the convenience & that I can do the therapy & meet with the psychiatrist from the comfort & safety of my own place. & they check in which I appreciate.”
“The care was good, but I have since tried to cancel my account since I have established with a F2F provider. I continue to receive emails and texts regarding my ongoing care. I hope not to be billed going forward as I have cancelled my account.”
“I didn't understand that I was the one who had to schedule appointments. I was waiting for my therapist to schedule.. other than that I am very satisfied”
“I like that medication is sent to my door and I don’t have to wait in the pharmacy during the pandemic. I like that I can see my progress made with the surveys. I like that I can contact my doctor by email, when ever I need to.”
“This service has greatly helped me keep track of my meds and up date them when needed based on the recommendations of myself and my psychiatrist. I enjoy that my medications are shipped to me because it takes away all the anxiety of having to go out to a pharmacy to get them filled. I also really enjoy that it is online and does not require me to go to a physical location. The only problem I’ve had was that at first they shipped my meds too often, but now I believe it’s been adjusted to a proper schedule.”
“Having a few tech issues that have remained unresolved on the website but the care from the single appointment I had was spot on and I’m doing so much better now!”
“I get entirely too many automated feedback requests. At least 3 times that of staff concern by email or phone (preferred). Perhaps a personal touch without the need for constant feedback could help develop stronger relationships that would allow you to get that feedback from paid caregivers. It's taking up a lot of my time to do surveys and check-ins that feels more like being a research animal. It is impersonal to do them constantly, but still necessary quarterly or in person from time to time to gauge progress”
