“I think the service is working well, with one exception: my therapy subscription was cancelled because I wasn't using it because I was away from home for vacation/work and have to reset it all up again.”
“Changed my life. Was willing to pay anyting or do anything to get help. So being able to do a same day online appointment - sure I will pay $100 a month for that just to get started.
Now that I am more stable I wish I could pay $100 a quarter. The $50 maintenance per month is still too high. It is so expensive that I plan to eventually get set up with a local PCP to continue my treatment.”

“The therapist and psychiatrist I see are very kind and patient. However, Brightside is a little expensive for only 30 minutes sessions. There's no option to schedule an hour anywhere either. It's extremely hard to do any meaningful trauma therapy in only 30 minutes.”
