“The therapist and psychiatrist I see are very kind and patient. However, Brightside is a little expensive for only 30 minutes sessions. There's no option to schedule an hour anywhere either. It's extremely hard to do any meaningful trauma therapy in only 30 minutes.”

I was able to think more clearly after getting my prescription from Dr. Slootsky, and things are a lot better in general. I do wish that after getting the prescription and figuring out what works they would allow for only medication management, but you will still be kept on a monthly billing plan alongside your medication, so be aware of that additional cost.”

“This service has greatly helped me keep track of my meds and up date them when needed based on the recommendations of myself and my psychiatrist. I enjoy that my medications are shipped to me because it takes away all the anxiety of having to go out to a pharmacy to get them filled. I also really enjoy that it is online and does not require me to go to a physical location. The only problem I’ve had was that at first they shipped my meds too often, but now I believe it’s been adjusted to a proper schedule.”
