“Brightside is great, the medication I am taking has improved my state significantly and I am getting good advice from my therapist. However I am going for a 4/5 since I would much prefer for the therapy sessions to be sync instead of async communication because sometimes it feels that I need to talk to someone directly”
“Bright side has been very helpful. I with they took my insurance, and I wish they offered quick response anxiety meds as I suffer from anxiety attacks and have trouble sleeping these days. I also had a very hard time getting a hold of my dr at I time that was very important.”
“I have been enjoying the services.
I wish that it was more comprehensive for the state I live in, which I am aware you are expanding on. Such as being able to get counseling on this platform as well and not having to use a different app. I am currently having to use BetterHelp as well to receive counseling.
I hope that the therapy lessons offered on the platform increase as well. There are only a few that I feel like can be completed relatively quickly and then there is nothing else.”
“I like my therapist and appreciate the access to medication. I feel like both my therapist and doctor are responsive! I wish that the whole situation was a little more....interactive.”
“Brightside has been pretty easy to use and my doctor is great. Super responsive and a good listener. I’m not a huge fan of scales rating systems, so the check ins can be hard for me, especially because the pandemic has really messed with my sense of time (how long was 2 weeks ago anyway?). Also, it took way too long for my first round of meds to ship. It was supposed to be 3-4 days, but it was at least 10 before it even left the facility. Now that I’ve got them things are great, but that was a rough start.”
“Everyone I’ve dealt with has been very helpful! Would give 5 stars if meds could be picked up from my pharmacy using my insurance, and if there were an app. Website is laggy.”
“So far so good. With the weird circumstances caused by the pandemic it’s a bit harder to track progress, but my new medication is working better than my old one so I’m grateful for that.”
