“The doctor that Brightside connected me with is the best I’ve had in years. She’s insightful, thoughtful, and caring. The text-only therapy is admittedly a bit odd to navigate — feels like there is a set path and I don’t know if I should be asking other personal questions outside of that pathway. Maybe an in-person/virtual option would be better.”
“Overall, Brightside has helped me. It's convenient to have check ins weekly and a doctor you can message anytime. It is, however, a bit expensive, which can add to my anxiety. Especially doing coronavirus it would be nice to have a reduced price, as I'd really love to add on the therapy but don't feel it's afordable. Again, overall it has definitely been helpful and I've seen progress.”
