“The practitioners don't show up, they switch your provider any time they want with no warning and the appointments are too short to have actual treatment plans worked up. Just a prescription service but not even that because the practitioners don't show up to meetings.”
“I enjoy how efficient it is to get medication but I don’t receive any other benefits from having this service and I don’t think the price is worth the “treatment””
“Amazing team that got me diagnosed and on the right meds right away! I’ve honestly never felt better and the therapy sessions are great.
Most of all I love how easy everything was to set up.”
“I'm a skeptic by nature, like many who live with depression, and the concept of 'online/cyber' mental health treatment seemed an ineffective option...
I was wrong.
The entire process has been SIMPLE, which is nice for my non-tech savvy self, and personal which was an unexpected surprise. I like and respect my provider, she listens to my input with the meds and SHE CARES. It would not be an exaggeration to say that I found Brightside at just the right moment and while I have a long way to go, I have hope again.”
“I’m very happy with Brightside. The medication helped me feel like myself again. The daily anxiety has subsided and I feel hopeful again. I really like that I have access to my doctor via chat and video checkins to discuss progress, it’s super convenient and helpful!”
“I have been very impressed with the treatment, I’m feeling and functioning so much better. The provider answers any questions in a very timely manner. I am very happy with Brightside.”
“I am very satisfied. My provider is very attentive and caring. She gets back to me within 24 hours and gives great advice. I plan on continuing to use Brightside for the immediate future.”
“i think there should be some kind of discount if im not even getting to speak to the doctor once a month. i make minimum wage and i’m just trying to do what i can afford to take care of my mental health but $100 plus $15 for meds when i don’t even get to talk to a dr i just fill out a 2 second survey is kinda pricey. i just started using this service last month and i spoke to the doctor one time and she was very nice and helpful but it seems kind of unfair to pay the same amount whether i speak to her or not. $115 for a prescription refill :(”
“I was clinically depressed for almost 9 years with PMDD and PME It was very debilitating.
I tried to seek out a psychiatrist the traditional way and because of Covid the earliest I could get into seeing one was 2 months. I was desperate so I got online and found brightside.
My brightside Provider took the time to listened to my story and journey and was very empathetic and prescribed me Zoloft.
It was fortunate that i started to feel a tiny improvement after 1 week and after lintel more after 2. She then upoed my dose and almost immediately i felt significantly better!
I got better each day and now it’s been about 35 days of being on Zoloft and I have zero depression, zero anxiety, and and much more motivation to participate in life again. My marriage and relationships have significantly improved. I have my life back after almost a decade of having suicidal ideations!
Thank you so much To my provider and brightside for changing my life and for those around me!”
“I have manageable anxiety and depression, and I’ve been receiving various types of treatment for years. My concern about Brightside is that my provider has NOT asked enough questions about my side effects and how I’m feeling. Not only is this not worth $95/month, I am concerned that it could be dangerous for people with more severe mental health issues. I am hoping to transition to a different provider as soon as possible.”
“Bright side has been a godsend for me and my family. I was in an out of the hospital with severe anxiety and depression. Now I’m loving life and living free. I highly recommend to anyone struggling with depression/anxiety to please try these life saving treatments.”
