“I'm having a hard time connecting with my psychiatrist to get as needed anxiety medication. I've been waiting for a response for 5 days and she does not respond. I spoke with her about a new medication and she told me to message her back and see if my doctor allows it. I messaged her back not even 2 hour later. She viewed my message but hasn't responded in 5 days.”
“I wish communication after any meetings with provider were better. It’s almost as if they need a go between. If I need refills, questions about prescriptions, it lags and I’m assuming it’s due to each provider is a one person show trying to do it all.”
