“The meetings with my therapist have fallen through 4 out of 5 times becauae of technical difficulties with the site... and the website doesn't let me reschedule after 4 sessions. I basically paid 100 dollars for 1 session and 3 attempts. At least the doctor and therapist are trying their best, but it'd be easier to zoom with a doctor's private practice. Also, the lessons seem like very basic summaries of mental health and don't help with any of the complex situations I'm going through. All in all, the website seems filled with unnecessary quizes and forms and the process of getting help feels slow and clumsy.”
“it was going really well but my medication never arrived! so im forced to either cut a dose in half, which can exacerbate side effects, or take more of a dose than I think I need. this feels impersonal and problematic”
“30 min a month with a therapist, put on pharmaceutical pills and given a workbook for $300+ a month is a total rip off and feels like it’s taking advantage of people with mental health issues. There is nothing that anyone can do with such short a time. My doctor has spoken to me once. The workbook is okay. Lower your prices or increase time with therapist. You can’t even talk about sports for 30 minutes let alone your mental health issues.”
“The status of my refills is very frustrating. I’ve been to the pharmacy multiple times now just for them to tell me that my prescription hasn’t been filled. What does “in-process” actually mean? I am definitely considering looking for a new provider.”
“I did not like that the combined courses ended so quickly. Not enough to fill the 12 weeks of therapy.
I did not like that my therapist and doctor did not engage with me regularly.
I did not like that checkup questions were so general and broad.”
“I have tried multiple medications but haven't felt much better as of yet. It appears only 1 type of medication is prescribed and I'm not sure if it is a fit for me or what I need. I'm trying to give the process a chance.”
“Customer service was slow to respond when my meds were delivered to the wrong address. I feel like a video check-in should Be automatic with your doctor, because what else am I paying $100 a month for?? For silence unless something is very wrong? I could have my PCP prescribe with the same degree of interaction. Displeased so far. Considering cancellation.”
“This service is quite expensive. It felt like I hardly had any real, human communication regarding my mental health, just automated check-ins with vague questions/answer options. These check-ins are very frustrating to fill out-for the first month or two of my treatment, my symptoms were only getting worse and my depression was the worst it has ever been, while the depression tracker showed that my depression was getting better. Like I literally told you that my symptoms are getting worse, why and how are you determining that I'm getting better and that my treatment is working? Thankfully, my doctor listened to my concerns after messaging her directly and I was able to switch medicines. It just seems like a very impersonal, automated system that doesn't work for everyone.”
“I had a care provider that really listened to my concerns and addressed all of my health care issues. After a few weeks, I still had some serious concerns, but I was told to just continue my medication without anything else. I'm currently on the fence about canceling my service, as I am disappointed with the lack of concern for my overall wellbeing.”
