“Using Brightside has been so easy & convenient. I feel heard by both providers I work with and seem to have finally found some meds that are helping. I do wish the therapy sessions were closer to an hour like the in-person ones I'm used to. 30 minutes just always seems to go by so fast! I also love the check-in graph where I can see my progress - on days where it feels like I haven't made any it's nice to see a visual representation. Overall I really love Brightside!”
“Is Brightside going to treat me? I requested a med review 5/19/22 and Lissa Goldstein declined to treat me. Im told NOTHING can be done until a supervisor investigates me. Its been 1 week. When will someone tell me if Brightside is refusing to see me or give me a new Provider? I dont know what to do anymore”
“Super happy with my treatment. I feel very comfortable talking with my doctor. He’s kind and patient. I love the check ins. It reminds me to think about myself.”
“What is helpful is that I can access you in a timely fashion. What is not helpful is that I cannot use my state insurance to pay for the services. I rate it a 3 or 2.5, because the financial barriers to accessing services makes it not a sustainable long term solution for me. So it ends up being inadequate care.”
“There is no Theraphy which was not told to me and you have to pay every month just to get them to release your script. I understand business. However this is not ok. If my “dr” actually listened to me that would be one thing.”
“Brightside is working well for me. Barbara Shoemaker has prescribed 2 medications to me that seem to be working now. I am feeling better. I don't really feel like the sessions were making any difference, no reflection on Maxine, it just wasn't for me and now that the meds are beginning to work I don't want to continue with the sessions. I speak regularly with Barbara, however.”
