“I think the service of Brightside is good unfortunately the medication I’ve been trying hasn’t started working yet so it’s making my ocd/depression and anxiety worst at the moment. Hoping for better days.”
“It is so convenient to get medication and a therapist that work with my schedule. The quality of care is beyond top notch, but again, being able to see someone on Sundays is so convenient for people who work during the week.”
“I’ve met two very intelligent professionals who immediately helped me out of a deep hole in my life. I didn’t have to leave home or wait a long time for an appointment.”
“I love the convenience of having medication shipped to my door, it removes all the hassle of being on an anti depressant. What I don’t like: 30 minute therapy sessions and the cancellation policy. 30 minutes really only allows for superficial conversation, just enough to tell her how my week was (which is something I could do with anyone). I fear I’ll never be able to get to the root of my issues with a half hour of “how have you been”. Secondly, why would the company charge extra for cancelling. I understand if I pay per session, but I have already paid for the entire month. I never cancel, but it seems tacky to expect a client to prepay for a service, and then have to pay extra for the service not being performed.”
“I get requests to rate the performance of my provider I’ve only spoken to that person one time how can I write their performance I mean seriously besides give me a prescription I’ve been alone at this the whole time”
“Literally life-changing. At a time when it's seemingly impossible to find care, Brightside made it incredibly easy, almost too easy to believe. Signed up, was assigned a doctor AND therapist, and was able to schedule appointments immediately with real-time calendar availability. I imagine they outsource from a network of participating providers, and I LOVE both my doctor and therapist. I'm so grateful!”
“The only suggestion I would have would be to add another option to the questions. One in between “several days”, and “not at all”. Add something like “sometimes”. For me, there were time I had to answer “several days” even though that wasn’t technically the case. However, this has likely already been taken into account by you all. So thanks!”
