Hi Antonia, Thank you for leaving us a review :) I've spoken to our Logistics Team and they have made me aware you are missing the fabric pull for the ottoman. I apologise for the inconvenience and I'll ensure we get one dispatched to you asap. It will work just fine without the the fabric pull, as it's not essential to the construction, so I hope that you can use the ottoman as normal in the meantime. “We came to the showroom. You have to try before you buy something as important as a mattress. Friendly staff, not stalkerish but 'there' for advice and guidance. They made the whole process easy, especially as we were not a client without delivery 'needs' thank you Button & Sprung”

“What a lovely company to deal with. Even though I was buying from the clearance items I received great customer service from Adam and Stephane and the delivery and installation by Maciek and Tomek was fast and efficient. My son is very happy with his new base and Montadale mattress. Quality products and lovely staff. The clearance section is definitely worth a look!”

“Beautiful selection of beds and materials in the showroom and a helpful, friendly team. The whole buying experience was great and their aftersales service is superb too - we had a query, after hours on a Friday evening, left an online chat message and received a phone call just 10 minutes later. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a new bed.”

“Our new Montadale mattress was delivered by the helpful and careful team to our upstairs bedroom. The mattress was for me, comfortable from the start, but my lighter-weight other half wasn't convinced initially. The 100 night trial period proved crucial as we kept discussing whether we'd keep it or return it... After about 90 nights we were both sure we'd be keeping it. The mattress looks and feels quality; it has an unnerving ability to make you want to lie down on it, it's comfortable. We were originally looking for a "soft" mattress as we were both having hip and upper arm pain from our existing mattress which always felt too hard. The "regular" tension of our new Montadale has proved to be sufficiently accommodating to both our different sizes and we're happy to recommend Button and Sprung.”

“I went to the showroom to see the beds, and I was so well looked after. My son was too, with kids movies, juice and headphones! I was happy with the bed I chose and then tried out mattresses - having thought I'd buy a mattress elsewhere, I changed my mind after learning about the Button & Sprung craftmanship and materials, and then trying a few out and feeling how comfy they were! My delivery was booked in easily by the shorroom team member, and then the communication was great. I got a two hour window for delivery rather than having to stay in all day. Finally, the delivery team did the assembly which was a godsend. I'm so happy with the quality and comfort of my bed and mattress. I would recommend Button & Sprung to anyone!”
