“I was introduced to the brand via an instagram ad and was pleased to see that they had a showroom in London I could visit. From the moment I arrived the atomsphere was welcoming and friendly, the sales rep Vinmi answered all of my questions, provided fabric swatches and promplty followed up with an email quote for the bed i was interested in. I placed the bed order the following week and was kept updated throughout on the process and a delivery date was coordinated efficiently to align with my move in schedule. On the delivery day, the delivery team arrived promptly and set everything up within 20 minutes. The bed itself was everything I wanted, the color, design, and quality was superb and I was so pleased with my purchase! 10/10 would reccomend Button & Sprung for all your bed needs. what a great experience and lovely product. I have been happily enjoyng my beatiful bed the last 4 weeks and know i will cherish it for years to come.”

“From start to finish the process of buying my gorgeous new bed has been a pleasure. The staff have been warm, helpful and speedily communicative. The 2 delivery guys were great, very chatty and polite and worked quickly and efficiently. “Absolutely love our ottoman bed from Button & Sprung. It is so stylish and the large amounts of storage underneath is very handy. The customer service has been fantastic from the Battersea store to the delivery team. The team were really accommodating when we had to delay delivery due to delay in moving house too. Thank you all!”

“From my very first visit to the show room to the delivery of our goods, my experience was spot on! Service, knowledge and warmth all the way. At no point did I feel as though I was being ‘sold’ to! Just simply assisted with the right knowledge so that I could make an informed choice! Big mention to the fantastic delivery guys - did you justice! I am soooo pleased that we decided to upgrade our choice to this mattress! Just perfect! We love it!!”

Hi Hasan, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I can appreciate that burying a bed and mattress is an important investment. Since COVID, we've been running a NHS discount of 5%, on presentation of proof of employment. As a brand we never run sales or special offers (we don't even have a promo code box at the checkout). This is because we believe many of these in the furniture industry to be fake, companies hike up prices to then cut them in a so-called 'Sale'. The NHS 5% discount is a real reduction, not available elsewhere. I hope this makes a sense. All best, Sophia

“It was a very easy and straightforward procedure to order my new bed online. I requested several fabric samples which was extremely helpful. I was kept informed about the delivery and they were very accommodating. The delivery men were really friendly and professional and I'm very happy with my beautiful new bed.”
