“Completely in love with our new bed and mattress from button and sprung! Impeccable customer service which included advice on what type of bed to chose as well as the visit to the showroom to chose our mattress in the “Bed Room” ! From start to finish a flawless service offered by all the team at Button & Sprung but a particular shout out to Asif who answered all my many many questions, either on the phone or via email. Best bed company by far!”

“Choosing a mattress suitable for you and your other half is a mine field but I spent the time trying the different types in the showroom and the firm mattress was a clear winner. We haven’t been disappointed and love our new mattress. It’s firm but still extremely comfortable.”

“The best customer service I've experienced, from the cup of tea and power nap in the showroom, to the sorting out of an issue of a faulty part with my new bed, to the upgrade of my mattress a month later. Delivery service was also brilliant. I've been sleeping soo well on my Foxtail Ottoman and Perrendale mattress ever since. Thank you.”

“Our new bed is beautiful! It has been in our loft for almost two months now and all guests have said it is really comfortable. We should really try it out ourselves! Al and Warren assembled it in no time and were very considerate of our freshly painted walls!”

“I am delighted with my new bed. The whole experience of purchasing was very easy - everyone at the showroom is knowledgeable and helpful and left us alone to look at and try out as many beds as we wanted. Good range of bed frames with easy to choose fabrics and colours to enable you to create a bespoke bed. I would recommend Button & Sprung to anyone looking for a new bed.”

“Love my new bed! Went for the firmer Montadale mattress and added a thicker mattress protector. I used to wake up with a stiff back in the past. Have been sleeping in my new bed now for over a month and have not had any back pain since. Customer service was also excellent. The delivery of my bed was slightly delayed due to the run-up to Christmas but the issue was resolved very quickly and professionally. Thank you Button & Sprung”

“We've had our mattress over a year now. It remains really comfortable and I miss it when I stay away. We got it from the clearance section in store so I was really happy with the price. It's firm, but with enough cushioning to be comfy. I like that it's all natural - however, a downside of this is that our mattress did smell quite strongly for quite a few months with a kind of musty, stable-like quality. This transferred to the mattress protector and sheets each time they went on fresh. Despite this, we are happy with the mattress and think the stink was worth it!”

As the mattress has been manufactured using natural products, occasionally this can sometimes happen when the mattress is first unpackaged, however, this doesn't often happen and we're very glad to hear the smell has now gone. “After excellent service and advice from the assistant and trying several mattresses in the relaxing sleep room it was very easy to make a choice, the Perendale mattress felt very comfortable, luxurious and supporting. By far the best mattress I have ever slept on!”
