“We received very comprehensive information and were able to see all the products, various styles and materials available, were able test a large range of mattresses in the sleep room all done in a lovely atmosphere with no pressure. Our bed is beautiful and mattress supremely comfortable. The sales service we received was second to non. Thank you all”

“Easy to chat too and get all the information needed. Living in a small cottage I needed to be sure the bed could get up the stairs. Quick Fabric samples etc... and great communication on delivery expectations - delivery dates etc.....and all put together very quickly. Hoping there is assistant in the future if I move to take it apart and move? Looks great and the storage of the ottoman is what I needed and expected. Highly recommend. Ann, West Sussex.”

“Purchased a mattress online, excellent communication from start to finish, mattress arrived on time with two excellent gentleman who were very polite. The first mattress we purchased had a small hole in it rang to see what we could do about it, they offered us a replacement mattress with no fuss, again this arrived as stated by the e mail, also again a very professional delivery. To sum up the whole experience excellent service and a quality mattress.”

“The mattress is very comfy and was delivered faster than stated (in 3.5 weeks). It was delivered by very polite and friendly staff, who removed their shoes without being asked, took care placing the mattress perfectly on the bed, and removed my old mattress all extremely efficiently. I would definitely recommend, and I also enjoy knowing from the showroom staff that one of the sheep who contributes wool to the mattresses is called Colin!”
