“Beautiful bed and lovely quality. Shame the bolts weren't correct on delivery and that these got sent with no instruction afterwards for us to put in ourselves.”

“Excellent service. Delivery planned ahead and on time! Phone enquiries easy. Had to replace the mattress as I found it too soft ( 2 people ) which was done easily.”

“Wow, what a great company. We don't live near a showroom and so were worried about ordering direct from the website without having seen the beds. If you're in the same situation, don't hesitate. You can order as many fabric samples as you wish, and they arrive the next day. So you can match up your colours and textures without a problem. Totally bespoke service - choose your own style of bed, type of fabric and colour. The beds are top class and so is the mattress that we ordered. We didn't have a huge budget, and ordered the Iris bed (awesome - contemporary but without being too modern) with a Galway mattress (firm). We are delighted with both. They arrived when they said they would, put the bed together in no time at all, took all the rubbish away and were super friendly. Can't fault the company. There is even a 100 day return policy, but we won't be using it.”

“Ordered a regular mattress which I found too soft, a month later they agreed to replace it with a firmer one without hesitating. Also had a problem with my payment (my card paid twice by mistake) - they called me straight away to tell me, refunded one payment, emailed me a confirmation. Very high quality product, and absolutely excellent customer service. It's rare to find a company with intelligent humans at the end of the phone and answering emails - a pleasure to deal with them.”

“Friendly and extremely helpful service and advice in the showroom. Our order of a Dahlia king-size ottoman was delivered within the specified timeframe. The bed was assembled very quickly by the very pleasant delivery guys. The bed looks fantastic and is extremely comfortable. If we had to give Button and Sprung a mark out of ten we'd give them an eleven. We couldn't be happier.”

“We were looking for a new divan bed without a mattress. After researching the options we found Button & Spring and decided to visit their showroom along with other retail outlets. Though not the cheapest Button & Spring had by far the most extensive range of options, head boards and material choice. There staff were very helpful with idea, options and material samples. After finally making our choice the order was placed & delivery estimated. Actual delivery was quicker than predicted and a convenient date for delivery and installation of the bed was agreed and met. Very happy with the bed, looks great.”
