“We bought a king size bed (Primrose style), and 5800 sprung Galway mattress a couple of months ago - and we couldn't be happier with both - the bed looks (and feels) like it should be in a 5-star hotel, it's of a very good quality, and the mattress is a heaven to sleep on! The overall service was outstanding - the guys in the showroom so professional and knowledgeable, email communication around delivery was spotless, and the delivery guys were amazing - assembled the bed quickly without making any noise and leaving any mess, would recommend the company to everyone!”

“Excellent service and communication. Friendly and informative sales staff and delivery men had a can do attitude. I live on the tenth floor and they had doubts it would fit in the lift. The delivery men had no problems to carry mattress up the stairs if need be. Luckily it did for and all well. Probably the most comfortable mattress I have ever owned. Would highly recommend Button and Sprung.”

“We didn't have time to visit the showroom so ordered straight from website with our fingers crossed....Easy, stress free process from start to finish ( we ordered Camelia in meadow luxury new vintage)... Despite moving showroom at the same time Button and Sprung were excellent, kept us upto date... Delivery men were fab, on time, very polite and took all rubbish with them.... The bed is beautiful, good quality and complements the room just right....I will use B&S again and recommend to my friends.... Thank you .. Yvonne”

“Button and Sprung offer a brilliant way to create exactly the bed you need and they really deliver exactly what you specify! The quality of the upholstery and construction is beautiful and the mattress superb. If at all possible then go to their showroom to test the mattresses - we weren't able to and made the mistake of going for 'firmer' to counteract our previous mattress (which was less than supportive). Fortunately the 100 nights guarantee meant that we could have this changed for the 'regular' mattress when we found 'firmer' too firm for us. The customer service is excellent - do talk to Asif if you need advice, he is supremely helpful and gives good advice. Now sleeping on a beautiful, functional and very comfortable bed! [Ordered: Eliza upholstered bed in Mole, with a Borderdale regular mattress]”

“Excellent service from start to finish. The staff at their showroom were informative and attentive, but not overly so; we were left to lay on as many beds as we wanted whilst our dog was also made to feel welcome and enjoyed the fuss from the staff whilst we drank our coffee. Once we placed our order the communication from the staff was clear and professional. Questions were answered promptly. The delivery and assembly men were also great - very friendly and professional. We've taken a number of deliveries recently having just moved - the delivery men from Button and Spring have been the friendliest by far. We have already recommended Button and Sprung to friends, we would definitely use them again.”

“LIFE CHANGING!!! We literally wake up in the morning and talk about how great our new mattress is and what a difference it has made for us in getting a good night's sleep!!! LOVE our purchase and wouldn't hesitate to buy from Button and Sprung again. We also received EXCELLENT service - ranging from our show room experience with Asif (forgive me if misspelled) to the phone contact we had in arranging the delivery. Also, the delivery team was OUTSTANDING. They were so considerate in taking off their shoes, bringing the mattress up two flights of stairs while meticulously avoiding scuffling the walls and door frames. I couldn't believe how effortless they made it all seem!”

“My husband and I visited the showroom late one evening looking for our dream headboard. We worked with Asif who was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and helpful to figure out dimensions, fabrics, etc. It was past closing time but not once did Asif make us feel rushed. The whole process couldn't have been easier, we took some sample fabrics home and called the next day to place our order. A few weeks later our gorgeous, beautifully crafted headboard (tufted and winged) was delivered, unwrapped and installed ! The delivery team even took away all the wrapping! Thank you so much!”
