“Good website, easy to choose which type of bed I wanted. Good communication for delivery, nice chaps who arrived to put the bed together. Very nice quality finish to the upholstery, product exceeded expectations. Thanks very much. By the way, I came across you in a lifestyle magazine, nice advert with good photo.”

“Great service and excellent quality!!! I travelled from Plymouth to visit their shooroom in London and I found in a few minutes what I was desperately looking for! Lovely staff and stunning bedframes and matress! Definetely I recommend Button & Sprung!”

“Totally delighted with my new bed. It arrived early and was put together by two very helpful staff members. The quality of the bed is amazing. It looks very high quality and the materials used were exactly as described. I would highly recommend Button & Sprung if your looking for a fabulous new bed.”

“From the moment I walked through the door of the Button and Sprung showroom my experience was a No.10. The showroom had everything on display that you could ask, from fabric samples to testing of mattresses. The staff were a dream and very helpful. The delivery and setup of bed went smoothly and the delivery men were super efficient. If there was one very little negative it was that the headboard for a while had a chemical smell but apart from that I'm very pleased with my bed and mattress and the whole Button and Sprung experience.”

Hi Sue, thank you for your very kind review and for letting us know about the chemical smell. Sometimes if the bed has been wrapped very quickly after manufacture, the smell from the FR treatment/manufacturing process can be trapped within and so the headboard can smell quite strongly when it is first unwrapped. We are glad to hear that the smell has now gone and that you are very pleased with your new bed!

“Choosing our bed frame was made so much easier by the simplicity of the Button and Sprung website and the show room. From start to finish the process was made simple and staff in show room were happy to leave us to our own devices until we had questions. The ability to take home samples and try them against walls and use a large throw in the show room made colour selection all that much easier. We are very happy with our choice....albeit the bedroom decoration is still a work in progress. The mattresses were not quite right for us but really wish they had been as the Customer Service was so much better at Button and Sprung the the competitor we got the mattress from.”

“After a very easy, enjoyable and informative trip to the Fulham showroom ( lots of lovely choice of beds, fabrics, mattresses, no pushy sales people, didn't feel rushed ) I ordered 2 beds and mattresses, to go to two different addresses. Everything was extremely straight forward and I was kept well informed during the production and delivery process. The delivery men were smart, organised and even texted me to give an actual ETA within the allocated 2 hr time slot - very helpful. They assembled the beds quickly, removed all the packaging and took away the old mattresses - great service. There was a slight hitch with one of the deliveries, but the way it was dealt with was way beyond expectation. The thing that impressed me most about my Button & Sprung experience, is that although I was ordering over the internet, there were 'real' people at the end of the phone ( and in the showroom) who dealt with everything in a friendly, efficient manner. So thank you Azif, Clara, Matthew and Adam. A fantastic personal service and great beds!”

“Very pleased with the entire process from order to delivery and wish all companies were this easy to do business with. We were kept updated throughout the entire process and a delivery slot was provided which saved having to take the whole day off work. Delivery was great and they even assembled bed and took away the packaging. The quality of the bed is first rate and would not hesitate to use again or recommend to friends/family. Very happy”

“I liked the mix and match approach at Button and Sprung and am now happy with my bed. But the mix up with the drawers was pretty unforgivable - I requested black caps on the drawers verbally, then confirmed this three more times by email and phone. It was even written in the bed makers' handwriting on my docket slip. However, the bed arrived with white caps and I had to take more time off work to wait for the bed maker to revisit.”

“Absolutely over the moon with our whole Button & Sprung experience. The buying process was very relaxed, no pushy sales staff, lots of space to test out and just think....plus it was nice to be offered a decent cup of tea/coffee while we were mulling things over. Can't fault the choice of styles and fabrics, and it doesn't matter whether you're buying something with an entry level price tag or top of the range, you are really looked after by the team. Delivery was brilliant too, and the guys who installed our bed were some of the most polite & friendly delivery bods we've ever encountered. We were so chuffed with how we were treated that we recommended you to friends who also came and bought their bed from you too.”

“We adore our new superking Peony bedframe in 'iron' cotton fabric with traditional oak legs. Beautiful quality, stellar service, and despite the warning of a 4-6 week delivery they were super speedy as they knew our twins were soon to arrive! Would absolutely recommend”

“I bought a teal velvet bed and am very pleased with the product. The service instore was excellent. The bed itself is of a high quality and is excellent value for money. The range of beds is large and the choice of fabrics very good. The only downside was the delivery system which does not work on weekends and I had to ask twice what time slot I had been allocated (on Friday as they delivered on Monday). This is not as flexible as their rivals and is not great if you work!”
