“Excellent service from start to finish. The staff at their showroom were informative and attentive, but not overly so; we were left to lay on as many beds as we wanted whilst our dog was also made to feel welcome and enjoyed the fuss from the staff whilst we drank our coffee. Once we placed our order the communication from the staff was clear and professional. Questions were answered promptly. The delivery and assembly men were also great - very friendly and professional. We've taken a number of deliveries recently having just moved - the delivery men from Button and Spring have been the friendliest by far. We have already recommended Button and Sprung to friends, we would definitely use them again.”

“From start to finish (website to the premises in Hammersmith to the actual delivery and assembly of our bed) we have been delighted with the care and attention to detail you have taken with our order. The delivery was on time, the chaps who assembled our bed were courteous and professional, and the bed and mattress comfortable. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Button & Sprung. Thank you all very much.”

“LIFE CHANGING!!! We literally wake up in the morning and talk about how great our new mattress is and what a difference it has made for us in getting a good night's sleep!!! LOVE our purchase and wouldn't hesitate to buy from Button and Sprung again. We also received EXCELLENT service - ranging from our show room experience with Asif (forgive me if misspelled) to the phone contact we had in arranging the delivery. Also, the delivery team was OUTSTANDING. They were so considerate in taking off their shoes, bringing the mattress up two flights of stairs while meticulously avoiding scuffling the walls and door frames. I couldn't believe how effortless they made it all seem!”

“My husband and I visited the showroom late one evening looking for our dream headboard. We worked with Asif who was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous and helpful to figure out dimensions, fabrics, etc. It was past closing time but not once did Asif make us feel rushed. The whole process couldn't have been easier, we took some sample fabrics home and called the next day to place our order. A few weeks later our gorgeous, beautifully crafted headboard (tufted and winged) was delivered, unwrapped and installed ! The delivery team even took away all the wrapping! Thank you so much!”

“We have purchased two beds and mattresses in the last 6 months and cannot speak too highly of their comfort and quality at a very competitive price. We were also very impressed by the knowledgeable and friendly and efficient staff in the showroom and of the delivery team. Nothing was too much trouble including exchanging one mattress for us when we realised we would prefer a regular mattress to the firmer one. Many thanks.”

“New Lily bedstead in Pistachio linen and Galway mattress delivered, Delivery guys were very helpful and prompt and bed not only looks great but is very comfortable. I have recommended B&S to my friends as the whole process was very easy and enjoyable and a big plus point is that all products are manufactured here in England . Will definitely use them again for next bed purchase so well done B&S.”

“Love my bed! B&S was great to deal with but I have less than favorable feedback for delivery. The men were great once they arrived but I had to chase at 3:10p when they were supposed to arrive between 1-3pm and I hadn't heard a word. I understand traffic happens in London but I expected a higher level of service on this front (i.e. At a minimum communication of delays). Once they arrived the gentlemen were friendly and professional.”

“Button & Sprung have been a pleasure to deal with. They are helpful but without the hard sell. I would have given them the full 5 stars but the contracted company that delivered (we're out of London) put the legs on wrong & too tight. It took us a full hour or more to remedy. I called B&S annoyed, they were quick to apologise/compensate. We chose a nod to the Classical with the 'Camelia' and what a beauty she is in her silver linen. The mattress, a 'Drysdale', has been lovely & is welcome relief for my back. (Previously we had something much too hard that wasn't supporting my spine. Note to shopper: too hard a bed can also give you chronic back pain.) It's early days but good to know we have the 100 night guarantee, though I'm sure we won't need it. My husband commented only this afternoon he's been sleeping well on it. I would definitely buy from them again, & hopefully they'll have some more solid antique looking leg options by then.”

“Great customer service and communication for delivery throughout the ordering process. Our Poppy Bed Frame is fantastic. It arrived and was and manoeuvred up a couple of tricky flights of stairs into the loft and assembled with care by the delivery drivers.”

“We recently purchased a bed and mattress from Button and Sprung and cannot sing their praises more highly. When we visited their showroom on a Sunday morning their staff (in particular, Asif) were extremely helpful and knowledgable, and also gave good advice on styles and colours. The bed and mattress we chose are very comfortable and look lovely. When things went a bit wrong with the delivery they immediately sorted out the problem and went beyond our expectations in ensuring that we felt cared about as customers.
