“The service at the showroom is excellent, the staff helps you out and there are HUNDRENDS of fabric sample to browse (ok maybe not hundrends but that's the feeling). The bed was delivered as agreed and assembled in the room by professionals. We are very satisfied with the quality of this service.”

“Great workshop and client services. Also very happy with out mattress and the service we received. Reason I gave it 4stars instead of 5 is because I feel they could take their service up a notch seeing that the product is expensive. I initially struggled with the mattress as it had to settle down. I would of wanted to know what the experience may of been like so I would of been prepared knowing that initially the mattress wouldn't feel good as needed time. I also think they need to consider people's body weight & size because that impacts choosing the right mattress. Everything else is great, highly recommend their company and products. Will use again.”

“I can’t tell you enough how much our new mattress changed our lives. It was the best investment ever. It is so comfortable we feel fully energised in the morning and don’t have problems falling asleep anymore. We’ve tried so many on the market and took a long time to decide. I’m very fussy and want the best. Well next time we’ll go straight to Button&Sprung. Great advice, helpful and relaxed service, outstanding quality mattress and bed. #montadale regular”

“Everyone at Button and Sprung we dealt with was perfectly pleasant, but response times to the few emails we sent were not great. The bedframe we ordered came with an unidentified mark, which we have complained about and have yet to receive a response about. Not what I would have expected when spending a significant amount of money.”

“Our Dahlia king size bed in Seal fabric and the Drysdale mattress were delivered to us on Christmas eve, and I can honestly say it was the best Christmas present we could have bought ourselves! The bed is incredibly comfortable and feels very luxurious. We have loved the whole shopping experience with Button & Sprung, from visiting their showroom, to trying the mattresses & touching the fabulous fabrics. The office staff are very friendly and helpful, and the delivery staff was super efficient and quick, and took all the packaging away. We would totally recommend buying from them.”
