“The customer service was very good from the start to finish. They virtually showed me around the showroom to look at all the beds. Then showed me the fabrics as well. I decided on a bed and fabric. The next step with emails and figuring out delivery dates went very smoothly. I am very pleased with my purchase of the bed and mattress.”

“How I wish all companies would conduct their business. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and polite staff. Fab website, easy to navigate and visualise your own 'design' bed. Product itself very high quality. Bespoke design with a non-standard colour fabric... hence longer delivery time. 10/10 from us. Please could you send me the other sock lol - brill marketing campaign by the way, very clever!”
