“Excellent pre sale service, delivery as promised, delivery staff polite, efficient and Covid aware. Bed delivered, built and placed where I wanted it quickly and all packing removed. Bed as advertised, mattress comfortable. I am a very satisfied customer.”

“Great process from ordering (we loved the tailored approach which allowed us to get exactly whatever wanted) to communication of delivery times to actual delivery and installation. The guys were very quick and respectful of our house. Would order from them again”

“Phone call before delivery as promised. Adhered to Covid precautions on delivery. Men very polite and took away packaging. Checked everything to our satisfaction before leaving. Good quality divan base and as described by company. No issues after a week and expectations met/ exceeded.”

“I spoke to a lovely chap on the phone who recommended us a mattress based in our height and weight and my back issues as we couldn't visit the showroom. We had tried two other brands and can say this is superior. I'm not one for staying in bed and I admit I sleep in for an extra hour most days as I can't get out - so comfy. Delivery drivers weren't helpful, but did do what we asked eventually (a 3rd party company). I wouldn't shop anywhere else now.”

“The experience of going to the Button and sprung showroom was both helpful and lovely. The staff were friendly, well-informed and professional. It made such a difference to have the opportunity to try the entire range in privacy. We ended up buying a different mattress to the one we anticipated buying. In these corona times, the company has worked really hard to create a safe environment. Appointments are timed to allow plenty of time for the customer to feel relaxed and unpressured plus an extra hour for cleaning between clients. When you arrive you are invited to take a cleaned pillow and a newly laundered pillowcase. All the staff are wearing masks and keep a safe distance. The space is airy and well ventilated. The service from showroom to delivery was exceptional.”
