“It’s the perfect mattress! And picking it was a joy :)”

“Very happy with the quality of the mattress - it is perfect for our 9.5 year old. He upgraded from a little green sheep mattress, which are very hard, this was fine for when he was younger but he definitely needed a new mattress. The tension is great, not too hard but also not too soft. So glad we invested in a good quality mattress to carry him through to the end of his teenage years. The delivery went smoothly, and the delivery drivers were professional - they even took their shoes off without me asking! One thing that I thought was a bit strange was the lone sock. It just felt unnecessary and wasteful. If they wanted to gift a pair of socks, that would have been lovely and greatly received - they could gift a pair of socks and ask us to leave a review. I would have been happy to do so. But to leave just one sock, and force someone into leaving a review felt pushy and took away from the quality of the brand in my opinion.”

Hi India - thank you for your kind review and for your feedback. I am sorry that you felt that leaving one sock (and asking for a review) seemed pushy, that is not what we want at all. We have done this now for a number of years and it is a genuine attempt to encourage people to leave reviews (good or bad), as normally, very few people write reviews (in the region of 5 to 10%). “The team placed the 2 items in the right room. I helped a little with the large mattress as it was so heavy. We got it in the room in the end and I am looking forward to using it soon, once the bed arrives! Good work lads.”

“Great experience in the showroom in Battersea. Helpful staff talked us through the options, made coffee, and surfaced the customer return lines offered at a discount. The delivery process was easy to organise and good comms from the staff meant we were kept up to date on what time slot to expect it in.”

“Beautifully crafted beds with an amazing selection of designs and fabrics. I really enjoyed the full process. The delivery crew was very polite and lovely. I’m deducting one star as they have very sadly scratched my wooden flooring during delivery/ assembly which is a real shame.”

“Pleased with the assistance in showroom pre purchase and the quality of the bed. Bit disappointed the delivery men left two dirty marks one about 2 cms long and the other about 7 cms long on our newly decorated window sill. Fortunately they came off with Cif.”

“Had a few issues that delayed delivery but always kept informed and assisted by very helpful, polite staff who did everything possible to resolve issues. On the delivery day the construction was quick and efficient. Lovely, comfortable, quality bed. Would recommend.”
