“Excellent presentation of the options available and support for decision-making when I bought the bed. We got out of touch then. It would be good if Button & Sprung could keep customers better updated on progress. The bed is wonderful. Pure bliss!”

“I eventually found Button & Sprung on the 10th page of Google but what a hidden treasure they are! I initially tried to order online but there it wouldn't go through because of my postcode. I emailed their team and they got back to me super quick, called me to place the order and sent me a handy pack to check my chosen bed would fit through our doors! They then got in touch about delivery dates and right on time they then emailed to confirm the delivery date. The installation was super quick and staff very friendly. We're chuffed we found this place and will be recommending to friends and family.”

“The mattress is superb. We were slightly surprised that the seconds mattress we purchased cost £200 to deliver, when new mattresses only cost £50 to our region. It seems strange that it should cost £150 more to deliver the exact same mattress simply because it’s been returned by another customer. Aside from this the team were very knowledgeable and helpful and the mattress arrived as expected and on time. Many thanks”

“I would have loved to give a five star review because honestly it is the best mattress I’ve ever slept on (and I travel a lot with work to 5 star hotels). I have had problems with my back and the level of support is truly wonderful and I wake up feeling refreshed now, instead of slightly beaten up! I went for the king size “Swaledale” the “firmer” option and it’s perfect for me. I’d definitely advise going to try them all though before you pick for yourself. The experience in the showroom was also brilliant. Very knowledgable and non pushy staff. I was given a full tour of what was on offer and invited to try them as we went, then I was left to my own devices and encouraged to spend a decent amount of time lying on the mattresses I thought were the best. They were very friendly, helpful and easy going. I also love that they are made fully of natural, bio degradable materials. The delivery guys were also very friendly and considerate of my flat when they moved around it. The only reason I took a star off is because the mattress I was initially sent came in at least 5cm short in both directions. And the first night I slept on it I noticed quite a strong farmy smell as it warmed from my body heat. They were very accommodating when I emailed with my concerns and have since sent out a replacement. It is slightly bigger but still falls slightly short. I did see that they say this is because as the mattress relaxes with use it will reach it’s intended size if the difference is within 2cm. They said to me that they had had a batch of mattresses that had been reported as having a strong smell but it has now been sorted. Honestly though, I got a mattress protector and it almost completely eliminated and smell from the original mattress anyway. The new one doesn’t have this smell to it. Thank you Button and Sprung, you have brought me joy every night and every morning. I have already recommended you to several people.”

The mattresses are hand-made items, and very occasionally errors do occur, which we'll always endeavour to put right. These include the Drysdale, Galway and Montadale models. As standard our mattresses are hand-made to order in the U.K. with a 4-6 week lead time. All best, Sophia

“Very happy with the quality of the mattress - it is perfect for our 9.5 year old. He upgraded from a little green sheep mattress, which are very hard, this was fine for when he was younger but he definitely needed a new mattress. The tension is great, not too hard but also not too soft. So glad we invested in a good quality mattress to carry him through to the end of his teenage years. The delivery went smoothly, and the delivery drivers were professional - they even took their shoes off without me asking! One thing that I thought was a bit strange was the lone sock. It just felt unnecessary and wasteful. If they wanted to gift a pair of socks, that would have been lovely and greatly received - they could gift a pair of socks and ask us to leave a review. I would have been happy to do so. But to leave just one sock, and force someone into leaving a review felt pushy and took away from the quality of the brand in my opinion.”

We have done this now for a number of years and it is a genuine attempt to encourage people to leave reviews (good or bad), as normally, very few people write reviews (in the region of 5 to 10%). “The team placed the 2 items in the right room. I helped a little with the large mattress as it was so heavy. We got it in the room in the end and I am looking forward to using it soon, once the bed arrives! Good work lads.”
