“The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic. We visited the shop and the expert advice we received was so helpful. We didn't feel rushed into making a decision and to be able to lie for a length of time on the mattresses so we could make a confident decision was invaluable. Delivery was faster than we had anticipated which was great and the delivery team were superb and extremely helpful.”

“Having visited the Button & Sprung showroom in London, we purchased an Ottoman bed base and matching blanket box. The staff were excellent, very well informed, answered all of of queries with honesty and with no pressure to purchase; in reality, the quality of the items on display sold themselves. Solid wooden frame and exceptionally strong lifting device. The items were delivered this morning and once again, the staff delivering and building the base were exceptional. Extremely personable, they were efficient and took away all of the packaging. We have been delighted with the whole experience of Button & Sprung and will recommend them to all of our friends. They will be our first port of call if we ever need any further beds.”

“The whole experience of buying a new Ottoman bed from start to finish was exemplary. Great customer service in the showroom, speedy replies to my emails and nothing was too much trouble for the sales team. I had to delay the delivery several times, due to delays with building work, and this was never a problem. I would certainly recommend the company and will be ordering from them again for my guest bedroom!”

“The service we've received has been exemplary from the start. In current circumstances we did have a small delay (not really unexpected) but the team worked to get our delivery in before a key date for us and kept in touch throughout. The delivery was painless and the team worked hard to get everything perfect before they left... and the beds are pretty good too! Very well made and look far more expensive than they were. I've already recommended them to a friend and may be buying another one soon”

“When Button & Sprung says they will give you 100 nights to try your new bed, no questions asked - they really mean it. I had a bed for a good 60-70 days before going to them and admitting it was just not quite what I expected in terms of fabric and design (I had ordered online during COVID). No questions asked, they helped me pick an alternative bed and sort out the exchange for no extra charge, and with a smile on their face. I wish it was this easy to furnish the rest of the house!”
