“Top shopping experience and a dreamy result. The showroom gave me the time, space and confidence needed to discover the best mattress for us (Teesdale) e.g. spending a bit of time lying on my side and back on different mattresses. B&S helpful in giving a list of companies that sell deeper fitted sheets for this particular choice. I can't recommend the showroom, service and delivery highly enough. Also interested to discover the lesser eco-impact of this type of mattress compared with memory foam.”

“When we walked into the Button & Sprung showroom, we were immediately impressed - they take the bed-buying experience to a whole new level! From being given our own pillow and pillow case to try out different mattresses and beds in comfort, to testing out the styles with a cup of tea, the knowledge and customer service is exceptional and they put you as the customer at the very heart. Our Southdown mattress is super comfortable and delivery was quick and efficient. Thank you Button & Sprung!”

“From start to finish I've been really pleased with Button & Sprung. I deliberately chose them from good online reviews and I was delighted to hear that my bed and mattress would be delivered on time, unlike all the other rivals who have had terrible issues with delays. Pleased to say that it arrived on time, the guys put it up quickly and took the packaging away. The best bit is that it's a top quality bed, so comfortable and looks a million dollars. Icing on the cake is that Customer Services literally respond straight away. I'm so pleased with this purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Button & Sprung to anyone!”

“I found the website easy to use and a breeze to order lots of fabric samples to see in situ. The samples came with really useful info sheets on each of the bed types that I was considering. Ordering was equally simple. The delivery came on time and the two delivery men were fantastic and really helpful. They put the bed together in no time and cleared away all the packaging and made sure we were happy with the new bed, showing us how to safely operate the lift up ottoman. The bed itself is gorgeous and super sturdy and well made. I’m very happy I bought from Button & Sprung and will be back next time we need a new bed for sure. I would like more emails to reassure that the bed is in production between the order confirmation & delivery but that may just be a personal preference. Any time I communicated via email I got a prompt response so all good. On delivery our bed did not have its coordinating strap for the ottoman and we were left a temporary strap and told the correct one would soon arrive in the post, which it did. It can be quite nerve wracking ordering large things online when you haven’t seen the actual product so I found the returns policy reassuring. All in all 5 star product & customer service many thanks.”

“The showroom experience was great: the opportunity to "blind" test mattresses, unaware of price point so we could genuinely assess relative merits, followed up by the "cheapest to most expensive" line up upstairs once we'd had the chance to get comfortable. Delivery was faster than elsewhere and faster than had been promised; the team accommodated our time slot request and were happy hauling the mattress up several flights of stairs.”

“The two delivery guys were very polite and hugely efficient in their work. I was really impressed and wished I’d ordered a second bed from you rather than from another company which has since let me down on delivery. I am extremely pleased with the bed although maybe one small niggle is that the colour of the bed is not a match with the colour on the website. Glacier looks more aqua rather than the grey blue which arrived. Nevertheless I can live with it and make it work to look as good in the room as I hoped it would.”
