“Button and Sprung were brilliant. We initially chose a mattress that was too firm, and they made the experience of swapping it out for our ideal one *almost* seamless! We had a minor scheduling problem getting our hands on it, but they still deserve five stars for the flawless customer service and a much-appreciated personal apology.”

“Initial contact via website followed by a visit to showroom. Much time devoted to my requirements, price range, bed firmness/softness, frame, feet, colour, and also to choice of mattress. A family bereavement and consequent early need for this extra bed upset timetable but Button&Sprung did everything to help out. Delivery was totally on time and very efficient. A pleasure to deal with them”

“Customer service was very helpful in advising me on a mattress. I had enough space to just barely fit a Super King size — I would have gone for a King but I’m so happy that they recommend I go up a size. My partner and I sleep so well with the extra space and the mattress is extremely comfortable. The whole process was friendly and easy.”

“Exceptional service & cracking mattresses. I ordered mattresses from Button & Sprung during lockdown & being unable to try them before we ordered, found they were softer than expected. “From the selection process to delivery Button and Sprung were fabulous. Being able to try the mattresses whilst having a coffee on a rainy Sunday was perfect.
