“The bed is beautiful and comfortable, the headboard looks beautifully crafted and there is so much space with the ottoman that it has transformed the room! A special call out to the fitters who came over and followed all the guidelines whilst installing the bed and quickly as well We loved our visit to the showroom late last year and felt like children in a candy shop, Overall the experience from visiting to showroom to ordering and getting the bed installed has been a good journey. Button & Sprung also assisted with taking away our old mattress and recycling it so top points for that too. Highly recommended.”

“Very good quality beds, fantastic selection, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Showroom nicely set up to view/try each bed style and see the fantastic array of fabrics on offer. The upstairs "bedroom" has the perfect ambiance to try each mattress in both regular and firm tensions, to make sure you make the right choice for you. The bed and mattress were delivered on time and set up quickly.”

“Just a quick note to say how pleased we are with our new bed. The delivery guys were great - called ahead and arrived early at 3:30pm. They very efficiently assembled the bed and took all the packaging away. The new bed is beautifully made and finished. The colour is perfect for our bedroom. We had a big dark wood sleigh bed which was making the room feel dark and cluttered. The new bed really lightens up the room and looks very “boutique hotel”. I think our cat loves it too! We’ve had some very bad online shopping customer experiences recently but it has been a pleasure dealing with your company from start to finish. We will definitely recommend you to others.”

“The guys that delivered the bed were on time, courteous and super speedy. We didn't get a delivery time until late the afternoon before so my only minor gripe is that it would be helpful to have it 48 hours before”

Hi Caroline, Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. As standard, we issue a delivery date within 2-3 weeks from when the order is placed. We then issue a customer's a 2-hour time slot a day before the delivery date. This being because organising a delivery schedule is a bit like finishing a puzzle, all the pieces need to come together. Sometimes things come up that means the schedule needs to be adapted before the 2-hour time slot goes out. I've taken your feedback on-board and will be sure to pass it on to the delivery team. “The first thing that greeted me was the kind service that was given to me. It was such a relaxing time to choose the right mattress, no rush (thanks for the cuppa) left entirely on my own, you were there to help me if I needed you. When I had chosen my mattress and ready to go you remembered how I traveled to get to you, you booked a cab to take me to the nearest station that was most convenient for me. Thank you for that. If I need another mattress for my other room I know where to come BUTTON & SPRUNG.”

“All the staff at the staff was welcoming and helpful in advising the right bed for me~ it was worth the wait for the bed to be manufactured. Also, special thanks and mention to their delivery team who were fast/efficient, had their PPE on, washed hands before assembly of the bed and even took off their shoes to bring in my bed to the bedroom. Thanks~ appreciate these details.”
