“The shopping experience was a joy. Nice cup of coffee, entertainment for the kids, a stunning space. Before arriving I'd have said we were most likely to browse and buy later but the relaxed atmosphere, the beautiful design and the chance to try everything out so easily made buying a breeze.”

“Firstly they helped me out as I needed to exchange my original bed because it turned out that the dimensions of the bed infringed on my lighting. They were happy to exchange for a different bed and refunded me the difference in bed pricing with no quibble. Plus, delivery was exactly as scheduled, and the guys who put the bed together for me did a lovely quick job, and left no mess behind. And the bed is great!”

“The buying experience was excellent - we went to a few other bed shops before B&S and felt rushed and were given the 'used car salesman' tactics of pushing the highest price items on us immediately. B&S have a quiet showroom staffed by a friendly and relaxed team who know a lot about the products they're selling. There is a semi-private 'bedroom' area where you can try out the different mattresses at your leisure with no time limit. You are given a cup of tea and encouraged to take coats and shoes off to better replicate reality. The beds themselves are pretty remarkable. Having previously thought that a mattress is a mattress, is a mattress, B&S show this is not the case. The mattresses are exceptionally comfortable and supportive, and made from British fibres. There is a clear escalation in comfort as you go up the range, and by the time you're lying on the last 2 or 3 in the range before going back to lie on your own bed at home, you realise what you've been missing! I was a little concerned about my several flights of stairs and tight corners when it came to the bed delivery, so B&S asked for a few photos and measurements, which confirmed delivery shouldn't be an issue, and it wasn't, except that the delivery guys weren't told that there would be 7 flights of stairs to climb and were understandably a little miffed. I was fairly sure I'd mentioned this to the sales rep so not sure why the message wasn't passed along. That is however the only criticism I have. Once they got the bed up the stairs they set it all up in about 20 minutes and took all packaging with them. Overall an excellent experience and a fantastic bed.”

“I'm so happy with my new Drysdale mattress! It took a bit of getting used to as I was used to a cheap and sagging pillowtop before, but I rotated it diligently and often to allow the filling to settle evenly and it's now an absolute dream - the perfect balance of softness and firm support. I'm glad I got a regular rather thna a firm as it was plenty supportive for my medium sized 5'3" frame. The delivery was a bit tricky as I live in Cornwall so finding a time when they could deliver and I would be in took a bit of time, but Button and Sprung were amazing and rearranged their week's delivery schedule so they could deliver when I would be in. The delivery guys were pretty late, about 90 minutes after the end of my time slot but luckily I was still in. They were polite and helpful although one of them manhandled the mattress very roughly getting it off the lorry, the main dude was excellent however and very competent. This was a big purchase for me and a nerve-wracking one to make online without seeing or trying the mattress first, and I liked knowing I had the 100 nights sleep guarantee to return if I needed. I won't be returning though as I am very content with my lovely Button and Sprung mattress. Thank you so much. (Please can I have my other sock? :D Ta!)”

“Great service from getting to test out the beds in your showroom, to the hassle free delivery. My new bed looks amazing, but it also super comfortable. I think the Montadale is probably the best thing i've ever bought for myself!”

“I bought a return Southdown Double Mattress. I inspected the mattress before delivery and it appeared to be in very good condition - as new. I have slept on this mattress for 2 weeks and I am so far pleased, a very comfortable night's sleep. The staff at Button & Sprung have excellent customer service skills. It was refreshing to see true professionals in action. Unfortunately, in to-days climate, exceeding customers exceptions is rarely seen. The delivery team were equally professional. Thank you.”
