“I am very pleased with my bed and mattress. On the day, the delivery team called before they were due to arrive, and took no time at all in setting up the bed and mattress, and removing all the packaging. Although there was an issue with the mattress, they sent out a technician very quickly who was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the issue. He even gave me a helpful tip on how to open and close the ottoman safely! The issue was resolved with no fuss, and I'm a very happy customer.”

“Visited their showroom after finding the brand online to be greeted with friendly staff and offered a coffee whilst we were given a tour of the showroom and talked through their product range. We were not in a position to place an order that day which we made clear to the sales advisor but that didn’t put them off providing excellent service and sending us away with various fabric swatches for us to discuss. We placed an order about a month later after securing our new home and the process was very simple. Our bed arrived on time, in perfect condition matching out specs exactly. The delivery team assembled the bed and removed packaging in a professional manner. Overall the service cannot he faulted and our bed has reciebed endless compliments from guests who we have happily pointed in the direction of button and srung.”

“The service at Button & Sprung is second to none. I spent a while deliberating about fabric options - the team were on hand to guide me through the process. In the end I decided on the Perendale Mattress, and am now experiencing a delightful nights rest. The mattress perfectly contours to my body, giving me amazing support. Getting an adequate (dreamy) night rest has done wonders for my relationship! I'll be sure to recommend to friends & family.”

“We had our two new beds delivered 10 days ago and are absolutely delighted with them. The spare room bed has now had guests who can vouch for the comfort and we are still laughing about the difference between our new bed and the ancient flat-pack we had before! We enjoyed the whole experience of visiting the showroom in London and choosing our models, mattresses and fabric. We love the look, finish, fabrics and especially the ideal height of these beds from the floor. They were delivered on time and efficiently assembled by two very capable and polite lads. All a very positive experience.”

“What is there not to like? From helpful advice over the phone to excellent delivery and setting up, and of course the superb quality. We have a Superking Teesdale mattress and Jasmine bed frame. The mattress is zip and link and made all the difference getting it up the two flights of stairs and you don't notice the join. After just one night oh what a difference; it's worth every penny and more.”

“I had a problem with the mattress I bought and they immediately sent an expert to check it. After detecting the problem, they sent me a new mattress. All in all the service was absolutely fantastic both at the show room, delivery and customer service by email. Oh, and I also love the beds!”

“They do what they say on the tin - make good mattresses and allow you to return if it doesn't work. We chose a mattress we thought would suit us but then, after about 70 days decided it was't quite us - we had not made the effort to visit the showroom when choosing. We then did visit, had a very relaxed time trying the mattresses and enjoying the coffee and hospitality, decided (surprise - we agreed!) on what we did need which turned out to be firmer. B&S then exchanged the mattresses and we are extremely happy with the result.”
