“The showroom is beautifully laid out and the staff really helpful and endlessly patient. Having been helped to choose a mattress, there was a good choice of headboards which would fit into either a traditional or contemporary setting, and beautiful fabrics for it. The bed was ready on time and the delivery went smoothly. Best of all, the mattress is a revelation. It manages to be both soft and supportive at the same time. My aches and pains (I have a touch of arthritis) have definitely improved. I wake up feeling pleasantly warm, but never too hot. In fact, the only problem is that I do not want to get out of bed in the morning!”

“They were polite and extremely accommodating. We did not want to buy a headboard as we already had one and they found out the sizing so we knew it would fit. Did bespoke drawers, nothing was too much trouble. The bed and drawers are well made. The delivery guys were great too - attached the head board and moved the mattress. A professional class outfit.”

“There's a lot to like about Button & Sprung. The sales and customer service has been top rate, delivery went smoothly, and we love our Perendale mattress. The variable spring system and the comfort suit us well, and the no-flip mattress saves our back - most modern mattresses are much too heavy to flip over safely in our opinion. We chose Button & Sprung because of the use of natural fibres in the mattresses they offer, and the 100 night return policy, which I think is essential for peace of mind with such a large purchase.”

“I really can’t recommend Button & Sprung highly enough. Both the quality and comfort of our new bed & mattress are outstanding – we’ve never slept better. The customer service was fantastic throughout - nothing ever seemed too much trouble for every member of staff we came into contact with, who were all incredibly attentive and extremely knowledgeable. Also B&S's products are great value when compared to the rest of the market. A customer for life!”
