“I am really pleased with my new bed - it is beautifully upholstered and excellent quality. The ottoman provides plenty of storage space for spare bedlinen and is easy to open. The delivery guys were very helpful and made sure the bed was fitted together and in place.”

“I did my research before visiting the showroom and I was not disappointed. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable and were happy for us to take our time testing out the mattresses. We have been sleeping on our new bed for a few weeks now and we love it.”

“Choosing a bed at Button & Sprung was a delight. We tried lots of different mattresses and were even able to spend half an hour doing a test sleep. The staff gave us lots of useful information about all the different types, but we felt no pressure to buy. As a result we were very confident in our final decision and after about 3 months of use we remain delighted with our bed.”

“I am very pleased with my bed and mattress. On the day, the delivery team called before they were due to arrive, and took no time at all in setting up the bed and mattress, and removing all the packaging. Although there was an issue with the mattress, they sent out a technician very quickly who was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the issue. He even gave me a helpful tip on how to open and close the ottoman safely! The issue was resolved with no fuss, and I'm a very happy customer.”

“Visited their showroom after finding the brand online to be greeted with friendly staff and offered a coffee whilst we were given a tour of the showroom and talked through their product range. We were not in a position to place an order that day which we made clear to the sales advisor but that didn’t put them off providing excellent service and sending us away with various fabric swatches for us to discuss. We placed an order about a month later after securing our new home and the process was very simple. Our bed arrived on time, in perfect condition matching out specs exactly. The delivery team assembled the bed and removed packaging in a professional manner. Overall the service cannot he faulted and our bed has reciebed endless compliments from guests who we have happily pointed in the direction of button and srung.”

“The service at Button & Sprung is second to none. I spent a while deliberating about fabric options - the team were on hand to guide me through the process. In the end I decided on the Perendale Mattress, and am now experiencing a delightful nights rest. The mattress perfectly contours to my body, giving me amazing support. Getting an adequate (dreamy) night rest has done wonders for my relationship! I'll be sure to recommend to friends & family.”
