“The mattress is very comfy and was delivered faster than stated (in 3.5 weeks). It was delivered by very polite and friendly staff, who removed their shoes without being asked, took care placing the mattress perfectly on the bed, and removed my old mattress all extremely efficiently. I would definitely recommend, and I also enjoy knowing from the showroom staff that one of the sheep who contributes wool to the mattresses is called Colin!”

“We received our divan base earlier than expected which was great. The delivery guys called half an hour before they arrived, were very polite and efficient and even attached the headboard for us. All round excellent service. Merry Christmas. Now can I have my other sock! (great idea).”

“Website easy to navigate, clear product descriptions, choosing the right mattress on-line was simple. Called the store for some extra advice and received helpful, friendly, personal service. Mattress delivered on expected due date, the delivery team were excellent - quick, clean and efficient. Now about the mattress the Swaledale, it is SO comfortable, as I write this I cannot wait to get to bed! The mattress is beautifully made. Every touch point with Button&Sprung has been of the highest quality. Highly recommend.”

“We loved the experience of visiting the showroom, received wonderful assistance whilst there and subsequently over the telephone. Our bed has now arrived and looks beautiful as well as being a dream to sleep on.”

“Heavenly mattress (Montadale), worth every penny. Great showroom with welcoming staff (and very good coffee), mattresses clearly displayed making testing and selecting very easy. The ordering was very straightforward, and the mattress arrived on the promised day and at the promised time. Highly recommended product and service.”

“Good, knowledgeable sales people in a functional, not flashy, showroom with no pushy selling - just professional helpful advice and, after sampling various mattresses, a discussion of the merits and differences of each which was handled in such a way as not to lead us to the most expensive option but which enabled us to understand what we thought we had experienced and why. The ordering process was very simple and efficient. Subsequently, the proposed delivery date and time were adhered to. All in all an enjoyable shopping experience - not something I find that common!”

“We stumbled on the Button & Sprung showroom accidentally and immediately loved the ambiance, the gorgeous, reasonably priced beds and very helpful, non-pushy salespeople working in store. We ended up ordering a king sized Poppy bed online and the process was super simple, the bed was delivered a week early and assembled in under ten minutes. It looks absolutely stunning and is a dream to sleep on- we couldn't be happier!”

“These guys are fantastic. Honestly probably the best retail buying experience I've had fullstop - not just for a bed, for anything. My bed arrived today - exactly on the day that I was advised. The communication between purchase and delivery was consistent, via email and very friendly. The delivery drivers (2 of them) rang me 15 minutes before arriving to let me know what time they would be here and they were very polite, careful and efficient. It took them less than 30 minutes to fully assemble the bed and clear away all the rubbish. Really pleased with my purchase.”
