“We purchased a bed and mattress on line and were really pleased with the service we received. The bed and mattress arrived on the day arranged, in fact delivery was 2 hours early (but we were kept informed of the revised delivery time). The delivery men were very polite and assembled the bed quickly and efficiently. The bed and headboard look lovely and the mattress is really comfortable.”

“We visited the showroom and everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. We took samples of our wallpaper and carpet to match our colour scheme and Dee went and fetched fabrics to tie in the scheme. We were not hurried and were given plenty of time to try out all the mattresses without feeling stressed, we even got tea and chocolate biscuits :-) After ordering our bed and mattress the store kept us in touch with delivery dates/times etc and everything arrived as predicted. We are both extremely happy with our Burdock Divan bed and Perendale mattress, it was perfect from the first night we slept on it. Yes, I agree I could have got a bed and mattress for less than half the price from high street retailers but bearing in mind I love sleeping and Sunday lie in's its definitely worth the money! One teeny weeny gripe, my Husband said the delivery guys were a bit heavy handed and didn't really have much clue about getting the bed upstairs but there was no damage so all was good. I would highly recommend Button and Sprung - thanks so much Mr & Mrs Jackman”

“Oh my goodness after sleeping on an air bed for a few weeks and soft beds this is like luxury!! It's firm and the mattress really holds you, I slept soooo well last night!! Love it so much!!! Thank you”

“Great show room. Adam is super friendly and gives sensible rather than sales advice. Delivery was super smooth as well. Bed is really high quality and the ottoman mechanism is fantastic.”

“The team at Button & Sprung were so helpful. They arranged a fast delivery they showed me all the beds and mattresses available. My item was a sale item and they gave me wonderful prices and delicious quality on a golden velvet headboard and bed with a mattress that is so delightful to sleep on i stretch out and give thanks each night i enter the bed and dream away the night and wake up to a restful sleep and an elegant look during the day. The bed looks great in the room and is impressive and sexy and bespoke design. thank you Button & Sprung the team there are fab!!! I'd buy a another bed in a second...mattress and all.”

“The customer service is excellent. Though I had a good idea of the type of bed I wanted, the advice I received prior to my purchase was invaluable. Everyone I dealt with from ordering to taking delivery were professional, polite and helpful. I was notified of my delivery to the last minute. Needless today I am very pleased with my purchase and this is a wonderful company with a high quality product and customer service. I am a 100% satisfied. I will defined purchase from Button &Sprung if I need another bed.”
