“I have been so impressed with the service received from coming to the showroom to delivery. Buying was dress and pressure free and the bed was ready within the 4-6 weeks. We were contacted to arrange delivery and sent Instructions due to covid safety. The delivery men were great and the bed was assembled quickly. Great service from start to finish. Thank you so much!”

“We bought a Lavender King Size Ottoman, (and a Montadale mattress), earlier this year, which we had covered in a fabric of our choice. The whole process of selecting, buying, getting it covered in our selected fabric, and timely delivery, was a pleasure. We were really well advised, helped, and informed. We’ve been living with the bed for several months now, and it’s just great. Lifting the bed to get to the storage is so easy, works brilliantly, and the quality is excellent. Really happy!”

“We were lucky enough to visit the showroom in Fulham which is a great way to try out the different fabrics and styles across the range. All the staff from the people on the online chat to the delivery men are extremely polite, cheerful and helpful. The Button&Sprung experience is a dream from beginning to end!”

“Absolutely made up with our Button & Sprung bed. From visiting the showroom to pick out our favourite fabric and bed type to delivery, the service has been excellent (still shocked how quickly the delivery guys put it up!). We really wanted to shop local this year and were pleasantly surprised to find out that it was actually cheaper as well as much better quality than elsewhere!”

“Buying this bed from button and sprung was a seamless experience, from choosing the specifics to make the bed exactly how we wanted to the delivery. The bed itself is beautifully made, the quality is brilliant and we are extremely happy with the end result. The mattress is so comfortable, my husband and I have never slept better. “From visiting the showroom, through ordering to delivery, every step was easy and hassle free. Great straight forward customer service and definitely not pushy. A really great quality product too. The bed frame is really solid and looks fantastic. The mattress is so comfortable. I wanted a natural product and have found exactly what I wanted with the bonus of supporting a small British company who in turn use British suppliers and local materials where possible. Very happy and would recommend to others.”

“Great customer service the whole way through the process from start to finish. Answered any queries we had by email promptly and on delivery day the bed was built within 15 minutes. The mattress is the most comfortable mattress we have ever had and feels like being in a hotel bed every night. Super happy with the bed and mattress and would highly recommend to anyone searching for a bed!”

“Button & Sprung were very helpful, particularly during Covid-19 - we managed to get my order arranged. They also facilitated covering the divan base in the fabric I supplied (which was the same as the headboard I was having made). So it all worked out perfectly!”

“We wanted a bed to last and that was an investment. We got it! It’s actually quite wonderful. It feels like a luxurious boutique hotel bed, firm Perendale king mattress is exquisitely comfortable. You really do get what you pay for and I’m so glad we bought from Button & Sprung, we would wholeheartedly recommend to others!”
