“Experience was great. Lots of knowledge and the showroom was a great experience even in COVID times. Bed was delivered and installed quickly. Amazing bed and quality. Would recommend”

“Visiting the showroom was great as it was good to see the beds and the different materials and the staff were really helpful. The bed was ready to be delivered a week early and then delivery was smooth. All in all a great customer services experience and we are chuffed with our new bedframe. Thanks Button & Sprung!”

“The staff at Button & Sprung were incredibly helpful and patient as it took me a while to select the fabric I wanted. They sent several free fabric samples and tried their best to source the fabric colour that I wanted. I was really impressed with the experience!”

“The whole process was very easy and relaxed. The advice was great and I was able to take my time and never felt pressured in any way. From order to delivery was ahead of schedule and the guys that came to deliver and install were very efficient friendly and helpful and the bed looks beautiful! Have already recommended to friends and will buy from them again myself!”

“The service was second to none from buying to delivery. This was my first time buying a bed without physically seeing it, hence... I was very nervous! However I was not disappointed, the fabric, style and quality of the bed was superb, The delivery men arrived on time, extremly polite respecting the covid rules and put the bed together in next to no time. All packaging was taken away.”

“I have no hesitation in recommending Button & Sprung. Shopping there is a totally relaxing and hassle free experience. they are attentive and and helpful without being overbearing. One can spend as much or as little time as one wants in the showroom. I've had my King-size Montadale mattress for around 6 weeks and it's really comfortable a big hit. Special thanks to Stephane and Adam or Mark (sorry can't remember which one) for making sure it was delivered on time by their friendly team. I look forward to returning next year for a bed and a mattress for the spare room.”

“Choosing a mattress is never an easy task, and half-way through the lockdown doesn't make it more straightforward at all. Still it was nice to have video sessions with the showroom, however, a 100-night try is probably the biggest advantage: firstly, it's enough for the mattress to "open-up", reach the designed softness and support; secondly, it gives you time to realise whether the product is right for you. It wasn't "love from first night" for us, but after probably two months we started to enjoy it more and more. Which means — give it a proper try and make sure you feel the difference!”

Hi Konstantin, I think you hit on some really important points in your review. We offer the 100-night trial to really give customers a chance to properly try the mattress (there are no hidden T&C's!). As you mention - it can take a while to get used to a new mattress, and also the mattress needs time to break in, and for the fillings to relax. :) All best, Sophia

“Really happy with the service. The bed is lovely, amazing fabric and colour. The delivery was excellent, the guys had to take the bed frame apart to fit it through our narrow staircase and put it all together in the loft which was much appreciated. Overall highly recommend!”
