“Perfect bed, heaps of storage, great fabric, looks great and then the company Managed to Deliver and build the bed on the day they said they would - at the time they said they would! Now that doesn’t happen very often… if I had more bedrooms I would buy another bed from Button & Sprung - no question.”

“Fantastic advice at the showroom on fabric choice and bed head style. Our delivery date changed a few times and Button & Sprung were flexible and happy to change delivery date to suit us. The delivery was faultless, the driver called 15 minutes before he arrived. Job done within 30 minutes. Completely Covid secure too. If only all deliveries were this straightforward!”

“Excellent customer service from when I placed my order, right through to delivery and set up. The bed frame is beautiful and we are so happy with it. We spent ages researching bed frames and this one blew any others we’d shortlisted out of the water! It’s got a contemporary, classic feel and the range of fabrics available is vast. We ordered several swatches (for free!) and chose from those. Communication about delivery was thorough and accurate and all packaging was taken away after assembly. I would definitely recommend Button & Sprung.”

“From the minute I called the showroom to book an appointment to the minute they delivery guys left after assembly the service was excellent. And the bed itself is beautiful, and so comfortable that I’m finding more and more reasons to have early nights.”

“From ordering the bed to getting it delivered everything ran super smoothly. We are in between houses and had to change the delivery a couple times, which was never an issue. The delivery gents were impeccable - punctual and smiley, even though they had to carry a massive bed and mattress up two flights of very steep stairs! Bed is super comfortable...will definitely buy from here again.”

“Previously purchased a Drysdale mattress from Button and Sprung and were very happy with it so we chose the Borderdale for the spare bedroom. Ordering was straight forward over the phone. Service after that was pretty good although updates could have been faster via email.”

“We had to change our first mattress as we found it to soft for us ( ordered in lockdown so couldn’t try it in store first ) They replaced it with a firmer mattress without question. We couldn’t recommend this company highly enough for their products, Professionalism and service . Excellent company 5*****”

“We spent an hour "mattress-hopping" at the showroom. If that doesn't bring out your inner child, nothing will. Great advice from Mr Mattress himself (Adam). The beast arrived in under a month, and I was glad we have a reasonably wide staircase... it is indeed a beast. And, boy, is it comfy. I wouldn't get up in the morning if I didn't have to... Michael”
