“Our new mattress arrived 5 days after we moved house and were much appreciated. It was the first good nights sleep we'd had! We also ordered 2 single beds with their base, they have yet to be used but look good. The quality and workmanship second to none. Well done, and good luck for the future.”

“I stumbled across Button and Sprung while browsing for beds online and decided to go in store to buy our bed and I'm glad I did as I had the pleasure of meeting Matthew and his team. The fabrics are endless but in the end we chose our own leather material and had the bed made in a cream leather. Once the bed was assembled, we couldn't believe how stunning the bed looked. We also decided to go for the drysdale mattress which is extremely comfortable and a good choice. If your after a personalised bed, this is the place to go. Great coffee as well! Thanks”

“I discovered Button and Sprung by chance on a flier inside House and Garden and feel that I was lucky to have done so. I bought our new bed through a combination of reading their concise and comprehensible website and a few conversations with approachable and knowledgeable members of staff. We are delighted with our beautiful hand-made bed and the benefits of sleeping on our new mattress are extraordinary: I wake up feeling that I am "lying on a cloud" and both my husband and I feel that the generalized aches and pains that are part of life for 60-year-olds are noticeably less in the month since our purchase. Perhaps this is the ultimate endorsement of the unique springs and the specification of the product? I recommend Button and Sprung as often as I can and would not now think of using any other company to buy a bed. I am already planning combinations for my spare rooms. The customer service matches the superb products and the website stands out in comparison with others. I am confident that I have chosen a unique and special product. The chore of making and dressing the bed is now pure pleasure and the anticipation of lying on the luxurious mattress at the end of a busy day is something really to look forward to.”

“As I live up North I bought the Eliza bed and mattress blindly based on reviews and pictures. So glad I took the risk, the bed is beautiful and the mattress is extremely comfortable. Really recommend.”

“My customer experience has been exemplary with Button & Sprung, from the informative and easy to navigate website, to their knowledgeable, professional staff, right through to their excellent product(s). After choosing my bed on the website, I visited their showroom, where I found a warm welcome, lots of great advice and, importantly, a relaxed, no pressure environment. Once I'd ordered my bed there was great communication and all round willingness to make sure delivery was made as convenient as possible. I would not hesitate to buy from Button & Sprung again or recommend them. I just wish all shopping experiences were as enjoyable!”

“Excellent customer service is always important, almost more so than the superb beds they offer. They have a wide range of mattress weights, bed styles and prices, all of superior quality. Delivery was very well organised and the staff mantling the bed were helpful, professional and did an excellent job, including removing my old mattress and all packaging. The 100 day no quibble guarantee is honoured with no problems at all if you find the bed is not as soft or firm as you would like once you have give the mattress a chance to bed in a little. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their comfy beds and praise the team for their customer service which follows through from first visit through to after-care.”

“I spent a long time looking for the right bed and the right mattress and I came across Button & Sprung on Google. Not wanting to make a large investment without trying the bed I went down to the showroom in Hammersmith and had some good advice from Matthew and Asif. My wife and I ended up choosing the Camelia super king with a southdown mattress. There is a huge amount of different options in regards to fabric, draws, wood etc.. which is great if you want something a little different or more personalised. After delivery the bed looks perfect in our room but we actually took advantage of the 100 night return policy as we had regular tension on one side and firm on the other, which in the end was too firm for me, so we swapped it for regular all over. For the exchange Asif was most accommodating in arranging the delivery for after 5pm, which was out of the normal hours. The guys putting the mattress and bed were clean, tidy, fast and punctual. Overall, very happy with the bed, mattress is now perfect and service is first class. Thoroughly recommended.”

“We waited in great anticipation for our new mattress having read previous reviews. We have not been in any way disappointed. The service was great, the people delivering very helpful and obliging. The mattress is very very comfortable and so far we believe it is money well spent.”

“I visited the showroom to place my order for the Eliza bedstead in Nickel. I was very impressed by Asif who could not be more gracious. Unfortunately after three attempts to deliver an undamaged bed I have given up on this company. On the FIRST delivery day I was advised that the bed was going to Sunderland instead of London due to a mix up in post codes. They do not cross check postcodes to address details when arranging deliveries. On the SECOND delivery day I was advised that the bed had been damaged but Adam (owner) had told the drivers to deliver it to me anyway. A swift refund was arranged when I refused delivery. On the THIRD delivery day (after securing a £200 discount) I was notified that the bed would not arrive because it had not been loaded on the van. This is despite being told that afternoon that it would arrive between 3pm and 5pm. I appreciate that mistakes happen. However, this experience was challenging and expensive. I am not paid when I do not work and the firm had the interest free use of my money for several weeks before I realised that it could not honour its obligations.”

“Firstly, I would like to commend Asif and all the team at Button & Sprung for their excellent customer service! Sadly not all companies make it a priority to provide their customers with such a high level of customer service. I would also like to extend our thanks to the lovely delivery guys, who were very polite, helpful and professional. The bed looks very luxurious and is sooooooooo comfortable, it's a dream to sleep on (excuse the pun!). The quality of the workmanship and the fabric is very good. My only comment is that I would have preferred the option of having casters rather than the gliders, I know gliders are the norm and work well on floorboards and laminate flooring, however I have found that the gliders do not work as well on some carpets. I like to regularly clean under the bed and find it much easier to move the bed if it is on casters. I choose the foxtail divan which has a beautiful full length headboard, the headboard is very heavy and even more so when it is attached to the divan. As a result I have found it very difficult to move the bed with the gliders, it requires quite a lot of muscle strength which sadly I do not have, I am glad however, that I opted not to have any drawers on the divan as had I done so this would have added more weight to the bed making it even more difficult for me to move. Having spoken to Asif he kindly advised me that there are companies which specialise in selling casters, so I am currently making enquiries. Thank you once again.”

“My bed is possibly the most comfortable place on Earth! I went for the Foxtail Superking with a Coopworth mattress after going to visit the showroom to see the products. It really is worth doing this and I really liked it that neither Adam or Matthew gave me the hard sell. Make no mistake, it's an expensive bed, but it's worth every penny and I am a person who needs my sleep. I am very happy with this purchase!”

“Fabulous bed and even smells lovely! I chose the perfect colour to match my bedroom and the material is so soft. Customer service at this company is second to none, there are a few out there who could learn something from Button and Sprung. My first night in my new bed I dream't I was on a cloud!”
