“From start to finish the process of buying my gorgeous new bed has been a pleasure. The staff have been warm, helpful and speedily communicative. The 2 delivery guys were great, very chatty and polite and worked quickly and efficiently. I have already recommended Button & Sprung to several friends and will continue to do so, thanks so much :)”

“Absolutely love our ottoman bed from Button & Sprung. It is so stylish and the large amounts of storage underneath is very handy. The customer service has been fantastic from the Battersea store to the delivery team. The team were really accommodating when we had to delay delivery due to delay in moving house too. Thank you all!”

“From my very first visit to the show room to the delivery of our goods, my experience was spot on! Service, knowledge and warmth all the way. At no point did I feel as though I was being ‘sold’ to! Just simply assisted with the right knowledge so that I could make an informed choice! Big mention to the fantastic delivery guys - did you justice! I am soooo pleased that we decided to upgrade our choice to this mattress! Just perfect! We love it!!”

Hi Hasan, Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. I can appreciate that burying a bed and mattress is an important investment. Since COVID, we've been running a NHS discount of 5%, on presentation of proof of employment. As a brand we never run sales or special offers (we don't even have a promo code box at the checkout). This is because we believe many of these in the furniture industry to be fake, companies hike up prices to then cut them in a so-called 'Sale'. The NHS 5% discount is a real reduction, not available elsewhere. I hope this makes a sense. All best, Sophia

“A great mattress. Very comfortable. Choosing it was a very fun experience, delivery and assembly of the frame and mattress was punctual and done very quickly.”

“We bought our bed from the clearance section and it was very good value. However when it was delivered the installers said they were missing a part and would need to come back. Different installers came back 2 weeks later to complete the bed.”

“It was a very easy and straightforward procedure to order my new bed online. I requested several fabric samples which was extremely helpful. I was kept informed about the delivery and they were very accommodating. The delivery men were really friendly and professional and I'm very happy with my beautiful new bed.”

“Very pleased! It was too stiff to close and they brought replacement pistons the next day to refit it, and whilst still on stiff side definitely manageable now. Bed looks great!”

“I had a very positive experience at Button & Sprung. When I visited the staff spent absolutely ages going through all the possible combinations of be, mattress, headboard and topper until I finally settled on what I wanted. Patience personified! The ordering process was straightforward and the delivery service and assembly excellent.”

“I've had a great experience dealing with Button & Sprung. I went to the showroom to choose the bed frame and the staff was very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions regarding the bed frames they offer. Delivery was also very fast and the team was once again very nice. Would definitely recommend them!”

“We are really delighted with our bed from Button and Sprung. Love the feel of the velvet material and the colour (Adriatic) is perfect. Great no nonsense service when we chose and so refreshing not to have a hard sell. The fitters were polite and efficient.”
