“The name, address and location of Button & Sprung suggested the product would be overpriced and targeted towards those with more money than sense. However, the reviews said otherwise so I paid them a visit. To be honest, I was still a little bit worried as I took in the quasi-VIP-lounge showroom complete with extremely well turned out staff. At this point, I tried out a few beds... It was immediately obvious that Button & Sprung offer extremely comfortable and well made mattresses at competitive prices. Communication is very good and the experience is very streamlined. Unexpected these days unless you are willing to pay a premium for it. Good for them - a decent product sold at a fair price by good people. A very rare find in the UK in 2025. Highly recommended.”

“We placed the order online during Christmas, so at the beginning the communication may have been backlogged a bit. But after reaching out for the update, the communication afterwards went very promptly. We visitted the store later whilst waiting for the bed to be put together, to test if we really like the mattress we ordered. The service in the store was very good, the staff was really helpful and let us try at our own pace. We upgraded our mattress in store there and then, the changes were made swiftly and did not impact our delivery by much. The guys who came to deliver and assemble the bed for us were very professional. Very smooth experience overall apart from few follow-up here and there.”

“From beginning (showroom) to end (first night's sleep!), everything was as it should be: informed advice, quick-response customer service, seamless communications and delivery, and the mattress is as it was in the showroom (comfortable!). Would highly recommend!”

“We have had a very positive experience at Button & Sprung when buying a new bed and mattress. Both times i visited the showroom the assistants were very helpful with advice, providing and ordering samples, explaining the differences between the various mattresses, and then allowing us time to try them without any pressure. We eventually bought a clearance bedframe, which just happened to be in the style and fabric we wanted, and ordered a new mattress to go with it which was all delivered and assembled as promised. Their customer service was excellent, and they make very good coffee in the showroom too!”

“The mattress is so deep and lovely. Someone jokingly said, 'You need a ladder to climb up, to reach the top.' We laughed, but the truth is that once you reach the top, it is magically comfortable and soft, giving me the best sleeps ever!! Thanks, Button and Sprung!”

“We received a lovely welcome at the store, a showaround with some basic explanations and then we felt very comfortable testing all the displayed mattresses at a pleasant, private environment. The mattress was delivered quickly and seamlessly and they were also able to arrange a removal of our old mattress on the same day.”

“We were delighted to visit the Button & Sprung showroom, where we were given ample time to consider our options. We like the thought of our mattress as having been constructed alongside all those happy sheep on the farm! More seriously, its being fully comprised of natural materials was the principal reason we considered this firm. The process from ordering, through organising collection of our old mattress, and to the delivery by a charming team was as smooth as can be.”

“Went to the showroom and the staff were extremely helpful choosing the right fabric, colour and bed.. I took some time to consider and then ordered online which was simple..everything happened smoothly and on time. Delivery were in and out in a few minutes after assembly..couldn't be happier with my ned and the whole process”
