“We waited in great anticipation for our new mattress having read previous reviews. We have not been in any way disappointed. The service was great, the people delivering very helpful and obliging. The mattress is very very comfortable and so far we believe it is money well spent.”

“Firstly, I would like to commend Asif and all the team at Button & Sprung for their excellent customer service! Sadly not all companies make it a priority to provide their customers with such a high level of customer service. I would also like to extend our thanks to the lovely delivery guys, who were very polite, helpful and professional. The bed looks very luxurious and is sooooooooo comfortable, it's a dream to sleep on (excuse the pun!). The quality of the workmanship and the fabric is very good. My only comment is that I would have preferred the option of having casters rather than the gliders, I know gliders are the norm and work well on floorboards and laminate flooring, however I have found that the gliders do not work as well on some carpets. I like to regularly clean under the bed and find it much easier to move the bed if it is on casters. I choose the foxtail divan which has a beautiful full length headboard, the headboard is very heavy and even more so when it is attached to the divan. As a result I have found it very difficult to move the bed with the gliders, it requires quite a lot of muscle strength which sadly I do not have, I am glad however, that I opted not to have any drawers on the divan as had I done so this would have added more weight to the bed making it even more difficult for me to move. Having spoken to Asif he kindly advised me that there are companies which specialise in selling casters, so I am currently making enquiries. Thank you once again.”

“My bed is possibly the most comfortable place on Earth! I went for the Foxtail Superking with a Coopworth mattress after going to visit the showroom to see the products. It really is worth doing this and I really liked it that neither Adam or Matthew gave me the hard sell. Make no mistake, it's an expensive bed, but it's worth every penny and I am a person who needs my sleep. I am very happy with this purchase!”

“Fabulous bed and even smells lovely! I chose the perfect colour to match my bedroom and the material is so soft. Customer service at this company is second to none, there are a few out there who could learn something from Button and Sprung. My first night in my new bed I dream't I was on a cloud!”

“Every stage of choosing my bed and mattress was a sheer pleasure with Button and Sprung. Not only do they have a lovely showroom but each member of staff is amazingly knowledgeable, helpful and polite. They made every effort to help me and find a time that completely suited me for my bed delivery. My new bed arrived and is amazing. I can wholeheartedly recommend Button and Sprung!”

“From the moment I called Asif the service and advice has been outstanding. The delivery process worked exceptionally well. Now we are into the 100 days of use and one week in we have no complaints. Even had a follow up call to check everything was OK. I guess a bit more work on their SEO strategy would see them rammed with orders. Cheers guys one of the internets best suppliers.”

“The buying experience is a revelation, no pressure, everything explained and as much time as needed all with good coffee. Bed ready when promised and delivery pain free. These mattresses are expensive if you go for the high end and obviously good quality.”

“Very happy to have found Button & Sprung. Great personalised service and happy to offer advice and answer any questions. Communication was very quick and professional and I was kept informed of anticipated delivery date. The two person delivery team was great - arrived on time, friendly and professional and set up the bed in no time. The bed itself is super comfortable and you can tell the quality if far superior to the usual large chains.”

“I found Button & Sprung on the Internet whilst looking for a new mattress, i was impressed by the website and the in depth look at how the mattresses are made and the quality of the materials used to make the mattress. They communicated with me every step of the way from placing my order to after delivery. The clincher for me was the 100 day change you mind policy, I'm pretty sure i will not be changing my mind as the mattress i bought (Galway firm) is ultra comfortable. I would recommend them to anyone”

“We ordered the Kingsize Borderdale mattress which is lovely and comfie. We think it's great value for money and so much better than you'd get for a similar price on the high street. The ordering process was easy and cCommunication was good. Our order arrived the day before scheduled so it was lucky someone was at home that day. We'll definately order from Button and Sprung again in the future.”

“The service was brilliant and the delivery guys were exceptional in bringing the bed in and going up some steep stairs and then putting the bed together without any stress or fuss. I found the whole thing from ordering to delivery really easy. I ordered the sample swatches which came in a few days. “We upgraded from a double bed to a king size with the highest quality firm mattress. The mattress is extremely supportive but wonderfully soft. The bed is sturdy and nicely upholstered. Bed time has now taken on another dimension & we are delighted with our purchase.”
