“So happy with our favulpys new bed, we have had the best nights sleep since our baby was born - finally space for the three of us and a beautiful and comfortable headboard for night feeds. Very professional and helpful team during the ordering and delivery process, I can't recommend highly enough. Plus you get offered a cuppa at their showroom!”

“The ottoman bed I purchased was really nice! Great quality of the fabric and well built. The team's responsiveness to address my questions throughout was also to notch. Great to see that we still have local suppliers like Button and Sprung that can still provide great products and competitive prices. Would highly recommend!”

“Excellent product and great service Thanks to all at Button and Sprung for your personal service from the showroom to the delivery and assembly of the bed frame and mattress. I had to change the delivery date on several occaisons courtesy of unreliable builders. Button and Sprung were amazingly patient and very efficient. If I ever need another bed, Button and Sprung will be my first choice.”

“I eventually found Button & Sprung on the 10th page of Google but what a hidden treasure they are! I initially tried to order online but there it wouldn't go through because of my postcode. I emailed their team and they got back to me super quick, called me to place the order and sent me a handy pack to check my chosen bed would fit through our doors! They then got in touch about delivery dates and right on time they then emailed to confirm the delivery date. The installation was super quick and staff very friendly. We're chuffed we found this place and will be recommending to friends and family.”

“Fantastic service from Button & Sprung. All of the staff in the showroom were extremely helpful and had good knowledge of the different bed frames and mattresses. I had to change the delivery date a few times and Button & Sprung were very accommodating. Delivery team were on time, very efficient and courteous. We couldn’t be happier with our new bed and mattress!”

“The customer service at Button & Sprung is second to none. Their showroom features all of their mattresses and they allow you to "test" them at your leisure. We purchased 4 mattresses and they were delivered within the time guaranteed and their deliverymen were professional and tidy.”

“We had an excellent experience from start to finish at the Battersea showroom. We had plenty of time to try out the various mattresses without feeling pressured. Charlotte was very helpful and knowledgeable, and she helped us choose from a wide range of fabrics for our Ottoman. She also gave us a clear idea of the costs and delivery options. We were surprised to receive a call earlier than expected from the logistics department to schedule a delivery. The delivery arrived on time, and the two delivery men were very friendly and professional. They delivered and installed the new bed quickly and efficiently, and they cleaned up all of the packing material. We have been using the bed for almost a month now, and it is just what we wanted. We are very happy with our purchase and the service we received from the Battersea showroom.”

“Really love my new bed & mattress and was especially happy with the customer support at Button & Sprung, from speaking to Matthew in the shop about fabrics and legs, to the delivery guys putting it together, I'm so happy with the service. I recommend visiting the mattress room to test out all of the mattresses, as I ended up with a different mattress to the one I had chosen online.”
