“What a wonderful showroom in Wandsworth, you can take your time trying all the different mattresses and help yourself to free refreshments. There is absolutely no hurrying you and staff are more than helpful, if you need advice. The delivery people couldn’t be more helpful also. Would highly recommend Button and Sprung to anyone.”

“We were really struggling to find the perfect bed when moving into our dream home. My partner Rebecca discovered you online through some very deep intense research. After agreeing to make the trip to your London showroom we knew we had chosen the right place. Customer service was excellent. We were greeted nicely and left to browse , then when we needed help the gentleman whose name I unfortunately have forgotten was very knowledgeable and a great help. So in short we left feeling very happy that we had found the place we were going to buy our new bed and mattress. Thank you Button & Sprung your the best! Philip and Rebecca x x x”

“From start to finish, our experience with B&S has been fantastic! We bought the Teesdale mattress (Regular) - after an excellent afternoon of trying out every one in the shop - and since it arrived my partner and I have slept better than we ever have done. The quality is extremely high, and the staff are knowledgable and very helpful - but never pushy. Highly, highly recommend.”

“Love the new bed. Was a little challenge to get it inside our home as we do have one narrow staircase but the guys did well getting it up onto a balcony and inside, well done!”

“Lots of choice in the Button & Sprung Showroom & plenty of help on hand to advise. Delivery went smoothly by two very nice helpful guys. Haven’t slept on the mattresses yet but feel excellent! Only thing I’d like Button & Sprung to consider making is a range of custom fitted sheets to fit their extra deep mattresses as other companies don’t make deep enough and I hate making up with flat sheets!”

Hello and thanks for the review! Our deeper mattresses do indeed work better with deep-fitted sheets. We recommend taking a look at the ones by a company called The Secret Linen Store. They're based online, and sell top quality product at reasonable prices. :) All best, Sophia

“What a professional friendly company. We bought two beds some 18 months ago for our new house. Unfortunately, our builder went bankrupt and we only moved into our new house a couple of weeks ago. Button and Sprung (thank you Simon) happily looked after our beds until we were ready to received them. They were delivered and fitted by a efficient and helpful two man team. We are now enjoying their craftmanship and comfort. Many thanks.”

“We are very pleased with our bed. We were impressed with the service and the fact that it was assembled by the delivery staff. We did have some confusion over how we should settle the bill. I was led to believe I needed to pay in full in advance whereas I now believe I could have made a deposit which I would have preferred.”

Hi Christine, Thanks for leaving us a review! I'm sorry to hear that there was confusion around the payment. Usually we take payment in full. We can also (as you mention) split the payment, taking half when you place the order and remainder before we deliver. We also offer interest free credit options of 6 or 10 months for orders over £1,000. I'll investigate to see where the communication broke down at our end. All best, Sophia

“The first King size bed we bought from Button and Sprung was so good, that when we needed a bigger bed we bought exactly the same bed but in the Super King size! Thoroughly recommend them as the service was great start to finish!”

“10 out of 10 for the whole process as from our first visit to their well designed, well stocked showroom to taking delivery of our Lupin bed, topper and Teesdale mattress everything went smoothly. It took a couple of visits along with a few phone calls before we made up our minds but we're completely delighted with our bed. The staff were all knowledgeable and helpful and we particularly appreciated the lack of any sales pressure or changing special offer pricing. I'd definitely recommend them.”
