“I ordered my bed frame and mattress from Button and Sprung a couple of years ago. I was already impressed by their buying experience but that was nothing compared to the post sale customer service. A few months ago I discovered the bedframe had cracked in the middle of one side. I reached out to customer service expecting to be told it was my problem but was greeted by someone actively looking to resolve the problem. They quickly identified that my bed frame was probably suffering from a design fault, asked for nothing more than a photo to verify and then arranged a complete replacement at absolutely no cost to me. It arrived six weeks later with no further issue. They even let me fix up and keep the old one to place in a rental flat I had just acquired and needed to furnish. I don't think I've ever been so happy to encounter a faulty product. Seriously, thank you.”

“There was a delay in delivery due to wood shortage, which was communicated really well. When it was delivered, the two men who came were friendly and efficient. Fabulous!”

Hi Colin, Thanks for being so understanding. We had to extend our lead time for beds from 5-7 to 8-10 weeks (which is now fully communicated in all customer comms) due to unforeseen supply chain shortages with wood. We hope to get this lead time down again in the near future. We can deliver a mattress much sooner. Have a great weekend! All best, Sophia

“I would highly recommend everybody looking for a new mattress and/or bed to pay a visit to Button & Sprung’s showroom. Apart from getting a chance to try different types of mattresses that will suit your specific needs, you will be met by a very professional team, doing their best to help you out at any stage of your purchase, from giving product information all the way to delivery. I must also add that I loved their “Lonely sock” marketing idea as much as I liked their Perendale mattress, but I’ll leave it for you to find out:)”

“Button and Sprung were brilliant. We initially chose a mattress that was too firm, and they made the experience of swapping it out for our ideal one *almost* seamless! We had a minor scheduling problem getting our hands on it, but they still deserve five stars for the flawless customer service and a much-appreciated personal apology.”

“Initial contact via website followed by a visit to showroom. Much time devoted to my requirements, price range, bed firmness/softness, frame, feet, colour, and also to choice of mattress. A family bereavement and consequent early need for this extra bed upset timetable but Button&Sprung did everything to help out. Delivery was totally on time and very efficient. A pleasure to deal with them”

“Customer service was very helpful in advising me on a mattress. I had enough space to just barely fit a Super King size — I would have gone for a King but I’m so happy that they recommend I go up a size. My partner and I sleep so well with the extra space and the mattress is extremely comfortable. The whole process was friendly and easy.”
