“The sales staff in the showroom were very accommodating with our young daughter, making sure she had somewhere comfortable to sit and colour while we had a look around. There was a good choice of colours and fabrics and everything seemed well made. Ordering the bed was very easy. We took advantage of the assembly service which took no time at all. The bed is of excellent quality which is reflected in the price. My only complaint is that its so comfy I don't want to get out of it in the morning! Overall a very pleasant experience.”

“Firstly the bed itself is gorgeous, well made and confortable. The service and communication throughout by Button and Sprung was excellent. The delivery team were punctual, polite and friendly. I am very happy with all aspects of the servivce and the bed.”

“I can't speak highly enough of the service provided and product. The customer service team were so helpful when putting in our order. Delivery was on time and we are very happy with the bed. We actually bought our bed having had to return an existing bed from a major competitor of Button & Sprung and our experience of the two companies could not be more different. Do not hesitate to choose Button & Sprung for your next bed!”

“Top shopping experience and a dreamy result. The showroom gave me the time, space and confidence needed to discover the best mattress for us (Teesdale) e.g. spending a bit of time lying on my side and back on different mattresses. B&S helpful in giving a list of companies that sell deeper fitted sheets for this particular choice. I can't recommend the showroom, service and delivery highly enough. Also interested to discover the lesser eco-impact of this type of mattress compared with memory foam.”

“When we walked into the Button & Sprung showroom, we were immediately impressed - they take the bed-buying experience to a whole new level! From being given our own pillow and pillow case to try out different mattresses and beds in comfort, to testing out the styles with a cup of tea, the knowledge and customer service is exceptional and they put you as the customer at the very heart. Our Southdown mattress is super comfortable and delivery was quick and efficient. Thank you Button & Sprung!”
