“We were so very impressed with the service we received from Button & Sprung, from the politeness of the staff, to being given a freshly laundered pillowcase to put on a pillow when we tried out all the different mattresses, then being offered a cup of tea when we finally found our perfect mattress we were bought the tea in the bed and told to stay as long as we liked to make sure it was right for us. Our mattress was delivered to our home by two lovely guys, again so polite and without me asking they removed their shoes. We have only had 7 nights sleeping in bed as we went away but we absolutely love it. Will recommend Button & Sprung to everyone, thank you.”

“Right from the initial phone call enquiring about style of bed , size etc, Button & Sprung were first class! They were helpful, knowledgeable and just offered a great service on the phone AND when I ordered online and then a day later phoned to change the size of the bed , they were fantastic! My teenage son loves his new bed! Fabric used on the bed is great quality too! Delivery and assembly first class! Would use again! Thank you !!”

“We were extremely impressed with Button & Sprung. The service we received in the Queenstown Road store was second to none. The choices were meticulously explained to us and we had all the time in the world to try out the mattresses and bed choices. All types were available to see. The order went smoothly and delivery and installation was seamless. The delivery team were quick, efficient and friendly. Thank you.”

“We couldn't be more delighted with my daughters new double bed and mattress from Button and Sprung. It fits perfectly into her bedroom, the colour is exactly as expected using the Romo fabric. “I liked everything about Button & Sprung from the moment I entered their temple of mattresses in Battersea. Great service and a full variety of proper synthetics-free product . The final touch was receiving just what I was looking for in a mattress, after making many fruitless visits to other retailers who cared more about sales than service.”

“Extremely happy with our new Holly Bed and Button and Sprung’s Service throughout! We went to their show room and the service we received was amazing, being able to see all the beds and fabrics to choose our perfect bed! We were even able to postpone our bed being delivered as our decorating was not yet finished which helped us massively! Thank you so much would definitely recommend to friends and family ☺️”

“We love the bed, it is super quality and the price is great compared to competitors. The customer service was efficient and friendly too and we got our bed slightly quicker than the lead time which was much appreciated. “From the moment I visited the showroom until the day of delivery, Button & Spring's staff has been amazing. I had to move my delivery date and they were very comprehensive and I received my bed on time to the new date even though it was a short turnaround. Highly recommend.”
