“Our experience with Button and Sprung has been a very good one. We made an appointment to visit the Fulham store in June 2021 and were given unhurried access to their upstairs "sleep room" where all the beds available for sale were available to test. For us this was far better than the traditional department store approach where just a few examples from many different manufacturers are available. This can be confusing and makes comparisons so difficult. We spent ages lying on each bed and were able to compare them against each other, finding to our surprise that the most comfortable for us was not the most expensive. Having decided upon the mattress, we moved downstairs to evaluate the base, base fabric and headboard options. The staff were always helpful, but never pushy or intrusive. We spent around an hour in the showroom, and due to delays in preparing our bedroom, did not actually order our bed (a king-sized Southdown on a pewter stone wash cotton divan with drawers) until mid September and it was delivered on 15th November. The delivery men were cooperative and assembled the bed. The bed felt, and continues to feel, luxurious and has been delightful to sleep on from day one. 5 months later we remain absolutely delighted with our purchase.”

“Excellent choice of fabrics for ottoman beds which I’ve not found at this price anywhere else. The quality is excellent. Great service from start to finish - from advice in the showroom through to the delivery which was well organised and a short slot given. The lead time was also much shorter than other brands I looked into. Couldn’t recommend button & sprung more.”

“Delighted with our new king size ottoman bed! Plenty of storage and the piston mechanism for opening/closing the bed is superb and looks excellent quality. The upholstery is nicely done and we are sleeping very comfortably. I also cannot fault the service and found the delivery efficient and professional. Thank you.”

“Staff at shop are helpful, friendly and competant. B&S stuck to their timetable and delivered on time. delivery people were very professional. And OMG the bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in! Excellent experience, we are planning another purchase (once we save up enough money!!!)”

“I received this bed and mattress for my 14 year old daughter, she is so in love with her bed that she will not leave her room. I must add that i purchased five double beds from various bed stores and this bed from B and S exceeds all expectations, it so luxurious. I wish i had purchased all my beds from here. Well worth every penny! Thank you Button and Sprung.”

“Good service, friendly and efficient delivery. I bought the mattress for my teenage son who grew out of his softer child mattress. He sleeps much better on the new Button & Sprung mattress and no longer complains of back ache. We are very satisfied and believe the mattress will last a good few years.”

“So the bed is fine but we had to assemble it ourselves as it was delivered outside of the M25. Having sent three emails I’ve never heard back on my request to get instructions on how to fix the fact that the frame doesn’t fit together. But nothing. Not great.”

Hi Giles, I'm sorry that your email slipped the net on this occasion. We offer delivery and assembly service on all of our products within the U.K. mainland. We originally delivered the bed to your address within the M25, and it was requested that the bed left in the orignal packaging. The product was then later moved and assembled by yourself. I know that we arranged for your bed to be profssioinally assembled within a week of receiving your this review. “Our new Button and Sprung bed is just wonderful and has totally transformed our sleeping. Not only is it beautiful and stylish to look at, but it is incredibly comfortable and, going for the super king, means we have plenty of space to both spread out at night. I would recommend these beds to anyone!”
