“The TV arrived in good condition and works fine although the sound is a bit tinny. However there is an audio out cable which could be used to improve the sound. There are no instructions on fitting and it does require you to drill a hole in the kitchen cabinet above to fit it or perhaps put a board under the cabinet to allow the cables to be run under rather than in the cabinet. So fitting does require some DIY skills. Having said that it does fit neatly and folds back to be almost invisible. It is held by a magnet when folded back which works fine except that the little rubber studs to prevent damage to the TV as it folds back onto the magnet are too thick and when they are in place the magnetic clip doesn't work. So I replaced them with something thinner.”

“Great piece of kit. Good speakers for their size. The radio went in the loft and a dedicated mains supply was available. So fitting was easy. The Remote is complex and quick start is incomprehensible. There is an online manual available on the KB website”

“Ordered 'Visua Lite Flip-down TV' which arrived promptly. Asked a couple of questions about product, answered knowledgeably and keenly. It had wrong user manual in box but downloaded correct one from website. Product is very sturdy, all metal construction with good quality connections. Criticisms are: Poor tinny sound quality, even after adjusting equalizer settings, Remote seems flimsy, and still haven't got the hang of recording to usb.”

“This was the only blue tooth enabled ceiling speaker I found. So hats off to that. The speaker is good quality, no distortion. The only thing to bear in mind is the bass response is not very deep. However this is a common ceiling speaker constraint. So this is not for audiophiles. I'm happy with this in my bedroom.”

Thank you for your review and feedback. We're pleased we were able to get them to you despite the cutoff for next day delivery having passed. The speaker in question is probably the only real fully encased ceiling speaker that has the receiver built in, rather than connected to a separate amplifier or in-wall panel. From what we see, you purchased the Waterproof IP44 Rated versions and not the standard speaker. The major difference between the speakers you will find is that the standard has a better bass response as we point out within the product description. That's because of the material used in the standard speaker is woven kevlar which produces a cleaner, more pin point audio than the Waterproof speaker, which is made from a polypropylene material that is fully sealed to meet IP regulations. “great service and delivery was here within 2 days and the 10" kitchen/caravan tv was great value for price its slim and has a good picture quality , the sound isn't so much its a bit tinny but has option to add external speakers”
