“Ordered an electriQ induction hob. Wanted to keep old appliance so did not pay for removal service. They turned up one week earlier, took the old appliance (its a tenanted property) then, when I complained, spoke to several people on the phone to first say they would return the old appliance, then, that it could not be returned, no compensation and blamed my tenants for letting them take the old appliance! I said it was theft but they do not care. They said that they would have taken the old one anyway, so I said why ask people to pay for it then and where was this stated in the contract? No answer. Terrible company, do not recommend and will not use again.”
“If I could give -5 stars I would this company is a joke I payed 55 euro for delivery within 14 days it is now over a month and still have not received my t.v, email after email and I think the employees must be literally mentally and physically retarded I highly recommend NEVER dealing with this company absolute joke I'd have an order from wish faster!”
“I found buy it direct to be amazing value for money, we bought a double bed which arrived in perfect condition and amazing quality, when I did phone to enquire about delivery staff were very friendly and helpful, courier was good however they did say they wld phone before delivery to arrange delivery however they didn't and I was lucky we were home , but otherwise very happy”

They repeatedly said it was delivered which it was not and completely washed their hands of my case essentially blaming me and standing by their delivery service provider who did not deliver the laptop. I am over €450 out of pocket and have to take it to small claims now. Unbelievable”
